Family Meal Plan
MONDAY
- Main Dish: Fettuccini Alfredo (The EASY Way!) – Serve this alfredo sauce over classic pasta or zoodles for a low carb option! It is super family friendly and really delicious!
- Side Dish:
- Brown Butter Broccoli– This 5 minute recipe may be your new favorite side dish
- Garlic Bread– Our go to recipe for the best garlic bread!
TUESDAY
- Main Dish: Cilantro Lime Chicken– One of our favorite grilling recipes, this one is perfect for adding tons of delicious flavor to chicken breast.
- Side Dish:
- EASY Mexican Cornbread – seriously easy! Only takes minutes to get this in the oven.
- Crock Pot Black beans– these have so much flavor and are surprisingly simple to make
WEDNESDAY
- Main Dish: Skillet Greek Chicken– This meal can be on the table in as little as 20 min so it is perfect for the busiest night! Save the leftovers for a delicious meal on Friday!
- Side Dish:
- Chickpea Salad – SO GOOD!!
- Sautéed Spinach – the fastest easy side dish and perfect for the Greek chicken skillet.
THURSDAY
- Main Dish: Baked Cheeseburger Sliders– This a a fun dinner the whole family will love! Making slider burgers cuts down on time, feeds a crowd, and still gives you a delicious meal that everyone will want to eat.
- Side Dish:
FRIDAY
- Main Dish: Loaded Greek Wraps– This is the BEST way to use up leftovers of the greek chicken we made Wednesday, not to mention, one of our family’s favorite dinners! So many great flavors are packed into this meal!
- Side Dish:
- Pita Chips and Hummus
- Mediterranean Chickpea Salad (Leftovers!)
