Family Meal Plan
MONDAY
- Main Dish: – Bake Rotisserie Style Chicken– This recipe is one that no one ever gets tired of, and there is almost nothing more versatile than this recipe for using the leftovers. Better yet, it can go from fridge to oven in as little as 5-10 minutes and cooks hands off for the EASIEST meal!
- Side Dish:
- Corn on the Cob with Garlic Butter – Make this super easy in the crock pot! Or grab instructions for corn on the cob in the instant pot here!
- Crispy Smashed Potatoes – This is the BEST way to make potatoes.
TUESDAY
- Main Dish: Green Chile Chicken Casserole– This recipe is one of the FASTEST- just mix and bake in minutes. Best part: You can use leftovers from Monday to make this super quick and easy!!
- Side Dish:
- Mexican Rice– This is the Tex-mex style rice that my family loves!
- Black Beans– These are so flavorful in the slow cooker
- Cornbread – This quick 3 ingredient cornbread is a personal favorite!!
WEDNESDAY
- Main Dish: Garlic Herb Steak-This feels like a fancy steakhouse but is easy enough for your average Wednesday. You can use any cut of steak that is on sale this week at your local store to make it! Make sure to prepare enough so you can have leftovers to use for the most delicious dinner on Friday!!
- Side Dish:
- Sauteed Peppers and Onions– Nothing like some caramelized onions and peppers to go with a fresh sizzling steak.
- Mashed Potatoes– You need these delicious potatoes to get right in there with the juices from the steak!
- Side salad- top it with this irresistible (and quick to make) homemade ranch dressing. to make it steakhouse quality!
THURSDAY
- Main Dish: One Pan Tuscan Pork Chops – These get rave reviews from everyone that makes them. Packed with flavor, lots of veggies, and oh, so delicious… you will LOVE this quick and easy dinner!
- Sides:
- Italian Quinoa Salad – try this hearty grain filled salad for a side that you can make ahead and will fill you up!
- Garlic Bread – perfect to soak up all the delicious juices from the meal
FRIDAY
- Main dish: Steak Stuffed Baked Potatoes– These are super easy, especially when you save leftovers from Wednesday! This is one of the easiest and tastiest Friday dinners that are on our menu. Also, I love that we get to enjoy steak not once, but twice because of how this meal helps to stretch it!
- Side:
- Salad with creamy blue cheese dressing– The tangy blue cheese goes SO well with the steak and potatoes, but if you prefer you can do a ranch dressing instead!
- Dessert – Peanut Butter Pretzel Bars– Too soon to make these again? I think not.
APPETIZER
- Layered Taco Dip– This is a favorite of the kids and adults- not to mention one of the best ways to get my kids to eat a variety of veggies!
