Each week, we share a FREE meal plan to help you figure out what’s for dinner! These family meal plans are thoughtfully crafted to give you options for a main dish, and two side dishes for each week day with a special emphasis on meals both kids and adults will enjoy.

Family Meal Plan

MONDAY

  • Main Dish: – Blackened Chicken Thighs– These can be made in 15 min flat! This easy dinner is packed with flavor and a super wholesome main dish. It is also a quick, easy, and delicious way to meal prep for the week.
  • Side Dish:
    • Roasted Green Beans– These are fast, kid friendly, and there are a few flavor options to let you pick what you feel like!
    • Mashed Potatoes– Garlicky mashed potatoes make a great base for this meal to come together!

TUESDAY

  • Main Dish: Chicken Taco Tortellini– This new recipe came as a flavor mash up of two of my kids favorite foods! This dinner is loaded with chicken, creamy taco flavored sauce, charred corn, and tender tortellini. It is quick, filling, and really yummy!
  • Side Dish:
    • Cornbread– One of my personal favorites. Try this delicious all time favorite corn bread recipe.
    • Side salad with Jalapeno Ranch– This dressing is so good that it made my kids love salad. No joke!!.

WEDNESDAY

  • Main Dish: – French Onion Meatballs– These meatballs are a great way to switch up a boring weeknight meal routine! They are hearty and filling, plus they save and reheat well (if you have any leftovers!)
  • Side Dish:
    • Mashed Potatoes– Garlicky mashed potatoes make a great base for this meal to come together!
    • Crispy Roasted Brussels Sprouts– I love this salad because it is packed with wholesome ingredients, requires no cooking, and saves well in the fridge for lunches!!

THURSDAY

  • Main Dish: Ranch Chicken Bites – I always call these grown up chicken nuggets because they are bite-sized but they are minus the breading (which makes them quicker and healthier!) and seasoned for tons of flavor!
    • Sides:
      • Baked Potato Wedges – These feel like french fries but are super easy to make at home in the oven.
      • Corn Avocado Salad– I love this fresh easy salad because it is easy to prepare, veggie packed, but still kid friendly. You can make it with or without the avocado based on your family preference.

FRIDAY

  • Main Dish: BBQ Chicken Pizza– My kids request always! We love this fun flavor twist for pizza night.
    • Side:
      • Cobb salad– Perfect for a healthy punch on the side!
  • Dessert – Soft Sugar Cookies- Crumbl opened here this week and it is making me crave ALL THE COOKIES! This sugar cookie recipe is my absolute favorite. They are soft, chewy, and so so so delicious!

APPETIZER

  • Chicken Fajita Nachos– My family probably loves this more than maybe anything else! It is an all around hit and makes enough to feed a crowd.
