Each week, we share a FREE meal plan to help you figure out what’s for dinner! These family meal plans are thoughtfully crafted to give you options for a main dish, and two side dishes for each week day with a special emphasis on meals both kids and adults will enjoy.

Family Meal Plan

MONDAY

  • Main Dish: – Million Dollar Chicken – This creamy chicken dish lives up to its name! With hundreds of 5 star reviews and just minutes of prep, this dinner is a sure fire win in our house!
  • Side Dish:
    • Pan Roasted Green Beans with Bacon– This easy recipe makes the BEST green beans!
    • Ranch Smashed Potatoes– My favorite way to eat potatoes! These are so good.

TUESDAY

  • Main Dish: Pork Tenderloin with Garlic Sauce– One of those it seems fancy kind of recipes, but is really super quick and easy. Elevate your weeknight with this easy dinner the whole family can enjoy!
  • Side Dish:
    • Sautéed Spinach– Takes less than 5 minutes start to finish.
    • Pesto Caesar Tortellini Salad– This delicious salad is great as a side, and leftovers can double as a lunch through the week.

WEDNESDAY

  • Main Dish: Baked Meatballs Parmesan–  A tried and true recipe that readers LOVE! This is one the kids will enjoy just as much as the grown ups.
  • Side Dish:
    • Garlic Bread– This is another side dish that can pull double duty for tomorrow!.
    • Side Salad with Creamy Italian Dressing– This is one of my all time favorite salad dressings it kinda tastes like olive garden creamy Italian dressing, yum!!!

THURSDAY

  • Main Dish: One Pot Chicken Salsa Soup–  It doesn’t get much quicker or easier than this recipe, but the best part is that the kids DEVOURED it! They even asked for seconds!
  • Side Dish:
    • Corn Bread– This is perfect for dunking or eating on the side!.

FRIDAY

  • Main Dish: Meatball Subs– Use leftovers from Wednesday to make this EASY family favorite dinner.
  • Side dish:
    • Baked Potato Wedges– Quick and the kids love them!
    • Broccoli Cauliflower Salad– Great for getting in lots of veggies in a really delicious way.
  • Dessert – Cranberry Cake– I look forward to this time of year for many reasons, but especially for making and eating this cake!! Pro tip: it make the PERFECT breakfast with a cup of coffee too.

APPETIZER

  • Cajun Chicken Dip– My personal friends always want me to bring this to the party because it is so good!! Hot, creamy, cheesy, and hearty with chunks of chicken, it is everything a delicious dip should be!
