Family Meal Plan
Week 390
*If you make a recipe this week and love it, please consider leaving a rating and comment on the recipe post. It helps to support my blog and makes my day!*
Monday
- Main Dish: Baked Pepperoni Rigatoni and Hot Honey – This recipe actually blew me away – dry pasta in the oven and it comes out perfectly al dente?! And then you add the hot honey – I mean, WOW! You can leave the hot honey off, but I don’t recommend it!
- Side Dish:
- Garlic Cheese Bread – Cheesy, garlicky, and perfect for scooping up extra sauce from the pasta.
- Burrata Caprese Salad – That burrata center is pure magic. This takes just minutes to throw together.
Tuesday
- Main Dish: Chicks in a Blanket – I serve these for breakfast usually, but they can absolutely be for dinner. Kids love finger foods and you’ll get bonus points for making them.
- Side Dish:
- Simple Side Salad – A simple garden salad with Homemade Ranch Dressing.
- Baked Macaroni and Cheese – This one has been in the family for years and it’s just as good reheated the next day (if there’s any left).
Wednesday
- Main Dish: Creamy Chicken and Rice w Ritz Cracker Topping – Pure comfort food with that buttery cracker topping on top. This disappears fast at our table!
- Side Dish:
- Garlic Roasted Veggies – An easy way to use up whatever veggies you have on hand, and the garlic makes everything better.
- Cucumber Tomato Salad – Cool, crisp, and a nice refresh alongside that creamy chicken and rice.
Thursday
- Main Dish: Baked Turkey Tenderloin – Have you ever made a turkey tenderloin? Juicy, family-sized turkey tenderloin is so simple and great for a weeknight.
- Side Dish:
- Jiffy Corn Casserole – Creamy, buttery, and the side dish no one skips.
- Roasted Green Beans – Quite possibly the easiest side dish you could make.
Friday
- Main Dish: King Ranch Chicken Casserole – A Texas classic that’s packed with cheesy, creamy goodness and just the right amount of kick.
- Side Dish:
- Mexican Rice – Better than anything you’d get from a restaurant, and it’s a great way to round out the casserole.
- Mexican Corn Salad – Sweet, creamy, and a little zesty. It’s always a hit at any gathering.
- Dessert – Chocolate Marshmallow Cookies – Soft, gooey, and basically a s’more in cookie form.
Appetizer
- Baked Chicken Taquitos – Game day vibes. Crispy on the outside, cheesy chicken on the inside, and they disappear fast.
