Family Meal Plan
MONDAY
- Main Dish: One Pan Beef Ramen Stir Fry – Ramen is all the rage these days! This is a fast, family friendly meal that can be customized to your family’s taste.
- Side Dish:
- Cucumber Tomato Salad – This cold, easy side salad would balance out the saucy ramen noodle stir fry perfectly.
- Asian Green Salad – Top chopped greens or cabbage with crispy rice noodles, cucumber, shredded carrots, mandarin oranges, and sesame seeds. Add a ginger soy dressing or creamy, spicy Japanese mayo.
TUESDAY
- Main Dish: Crock Pot BBQ Brisket – This recipe is so versatile and I love it during the week. It can be its own meal with a side, but can also be made into sandwiches, tacos, and more! *save leftovers for Thursdays comfort meal!*
- Side Dish:
- Buttermilk Cornbread — BBQ and cornbread are two things that should always go together. So good!
- Roasted Green Beans — These only take 5 minutes and you only need a few ingredients.
WEDNESDAY
- Main Dish: Lemon Pepper Chicken Tenders – If you love the flavor of a zesty lemon, you will love this recipe! In 15 minutes you’ll have anything but boring chicken tenders.
- Side Dish:
- Garlic Smashed Potatoes – This is the perfect side to balance out the lemon flavor. My family loves the little crunchy potato bites.
- Sautéed Garlic Mushrooms – The garlic butter will make mushroom haters change their minds!
THURSDAY
- Main Dish: Slow Cooker Tomato Soup – It’s basically Fall, RIGHT? As soon as it starts to cool down I reach for the comfort meal recipes and this is a favorite!
- Side Dish:
- Brisket Grilled Cheese — Of course you can always do regular grilled cheese, but since you already have leftovers from Tuesday, let’s go big!
- Garlic Bread — Cheesy, crunchy and gooey goodness to dip into your warm, delicious tomato soup.
FRIDAY
- Main dish: White Lasagna with Spinach – Lasagna on a busy night!? I promise this is quick and easy enough to make even on the busiest weeknight!
- Side Dish:
- Side Salad with Creamy Italian Dressing —Trust me, you WANT to make the dressing.
- Parmesan Cauliflower – Even though this is a veggie, it is hearty and a very tasty side dish.
- Dessert – Chocolate No Bake Cookies — If you’re craving chocolate, these are the ticket!
APPETIZER
- Taco Layer Dip —This is a go to appetizer I love making because just about everyone enjoys it.
