Family Meal Plan
MONDAY
- Main Dish: – Garlic Cheddar Chicken Bake– One dish and absolutely loaded with cheesy goodness! This is the newest addition to our wildly popular chicken bake family and it is just as easy as it is delicious!
- Side Dish:
- Oven Brussels Sprouts– This is the method that made my kids love brussels sprouts!
- Garlic Smashed Potatoes– this is one of my very favorite ways to cook potatoes!
TUESDAY
- Main Dish: Chicken with Corn Salsa– Fast with tons of fresh flavors! This dish is the perfect summer dinner in my opinion!
- Side Dish:
- Cilantro Lime Rice– Just like Chipotle!
- Black Beans– My favorite trick for making canned beans taste amazing.
- Chips and Salsa– This homemade blender salsa takes just 5 minutes to make!
WEDNESDAY
- Main Dish: Blackened Fish– You won’t believe how quick and easy it is to make this light an dinner at home! THis method makes the BEST fish!
- Side Dish:
- Side Salad with Balsamic vinaigrette– Take 5 minutes to make this dressing… you won’t regret it!!.
- Oven Roasted Vegetables– These are a fast, healthy, and kid friendly side that can cook right alongside the sandwiches in the oven to make dinner even easier!
THURSDAY
- Main Dish: Mississippi Pot Roast – This roast is the gift that keeps on giving! Not only is it so delicious the first night, but the leftovers make some of our favorite family meals!
- Sides:
- Crispy Ranch Smashed Potatoes– My daughter requests these with almost every meal but they go especially well with this one!
- Classic Broccoli Salad with Bacon– This can be made ahead on extra busy nights.
- Garlic Cheese Bread– So good!!
FRIDAY
- Main dish: Mississippi Roast Baked Subs– Use leftovers from the day before for this easy Friday meal! Slice a sub roll and butter each side and season with garlic salt. Broil for a few minutes until the butter is melted and the edges are brown. Pile on the Mississippi Pot Roast and then add provolone cheese on top. Broil again to melt the cheese, and serve with au jus.
- Side:
- Hashbrown Casserole– One of my most popular recipes and a tried and true side dish.
- Garlic Roasted Veggies– Quick- easy- packed with flavor… just how the best recipes are!
- Dessert – Fudgy Brownies– I just made these yesterday and no matter how many times I make them, I can’t get over how good they are! If you are a chocolate lover, these are for you!
APPETIZER
- Loaded Taco Dip– We don’t need to count the layers in this dip! All the good stuff is in there!
