Family Meal Plan
MONDAY
- Main Dish: – Garlic Butter Pasta with Chicken– This irresistible pasta dish is LOADED with chicken, bacon, asparagus, and the most amazing garlic butter sauce! Best part? You can have it ready in less than 30 min.
- Side Dish:
- Italian House Salad – Pair it with this quick creamy Italian dressing for a salad that is over the top delicious.
- Garlic Bread– Our family’s favorite recipe!
TUESDAY
- Main Dish: Mexican Shredded Beef- The easiest crock pot recipe gives you the most tender flavorful beef! Make tacos, or serve over rice with toppings.
- Side Dish:
- Toppings – Corn Salsa, pico de gallo, guacamole, sour cream, cheese, jalapeno ranch dressing
- Cilantro Lime Rice – Tastes just like Chipotle and goes great with this beef!
WEDNESDAY
- Main Dish: Monterey Chicken– The BBQ, bacon and cheese combo will have you asking for seconds! Plus you can make it in just one dish.
- Side Dish:
- Mashed Potatoes– This recipe is super simple and extra creamy
- Baked Broccoli with garlic and parmesan– So good the kids will even love it!
THURSDAY
- Main Dish: Chicken and Wild Rice Soup – This is one of my MOST POPULAR soup recipes! If you haven’t tried it you must! I have a crock pot Chicken wild rice soup here if you prefer this method.
- Sides:
- Crusty Bread– Grab a loaf to soak up every last drop of this delicious soup!

FRIDAY
- Main Dish: Mexican Beef Stuffed Peppers– Start with the leftovers of from Tuesday. Mix shredded beef with cooked rice, corn kernels, and chopped cilantro. Cut bell peppers in half, wash and deseed. Stuff each pepper with the shredded beef mixture. Top with salsa and cheese. Cover dish with foil and bake at 350˚F for 35-45 minutes or until the peppers are tender.
- Side:
- Mexican Corn Casserole – This stuff might just become the star of the meal! SO GOOD!
- Tableside Guac– Fresh, simple, and delicious.
- Side:
- Dessert – Pumpkin Spice Bundt Cake– This makes a great dessert, and if you are like me, can also double for breakfast!
APPETIZER
- Marinated Mozzarella– These are especially good around the holidays! Fresh and festive, this is a perfect appetizer, snack, or adder to a meal!.
