Family Meal Plan
MONDAY
- Main Dish: – Creamy BBQ Chicken– This easy twist on the classic always leaves clean plates at our house!
- Side Dish:
- Corn Bread
- Salad with Ranch
TUESDAY
- Main Dish: Mexican Salsa Chicken– This is one of our favorite Mexican Chicken dishes! You can serve it in tortillas Taco Tuesday style, or over rice.
- Side Dish:
- Mexican Corn Salad – a go to side dish at our house!
- Tortillas
WEDNESDAY
- Main Dish: Steak Fried Rice– Quicker than even going for take out, this Steak Fried Rice has all the best flavors of your favorite Asian joint!
- Side Dish:
- Chopped Asian Salad– You can leave out the chicken for a delish side dish!
- Spicy Mayo– For drizzling over the top!
THURSDAY
- Main Dish: BBQ Chicken Flautas– These BBQ Chicken Flautas can be made with the leftovers from Monday. They are quick and easy for the busiest night!
- Side Dish:
- BEST Corn Casserole
- Cole Slaw
FRIDAY
- Main Dish: Honey BBQ Meatballs– These make the best EASY Friday dinner! Just pop them in the Crock Pot and serve them up when you are ready to eat. You can make it a sit down dinner, or just a night of grazing.
- Side:
- Baked Potatoes
- Steamed Broccoli
- Dessert – Favorite Chocolate Chip Cookies– this recipe is a Classic! It is perfect to make up a batch over the weekend when you have time, then pop the cookie dough balls in the freezer and bake whenever you get a craving for a warm from the oven cookie!!
