Family Meal Plan
MONDAY
- Main Dish: Avocado Smothered Chicken – Inspired by Cheesecake Factory Avocado Egg Rolls, these have ALL the delicious flavors!
- Side Dish:
- Tomato Basil Mozzarella Salad
- Jasmine Rice
TUESDAY
- Main Dish: Italian Sausage Tortellini– This dish cooks in just one skillet and is full of sneaky veggies! It is one of my kid’s favorites!
- Side Dish:
- Side Salad with Italian Dressing
- The BEST Garlic Bread ever!
WEDNESDAY
- Main Dish: Perfect Grilled Chicken– This is a classic and, oh so good, recipe for grilled chicken that turns out tender and juicy every time!! Save the leftovers and we will use them for an easy Friday dinner!
- Side Dish:
- Roasted Asparagus
- Instant Pot Baked Potatoes – My favorite way to bake potatoes. Add any toppings you want!
THURSDAY
- Main Dish: Ranch Chicken Stuffed Peppers– All the goodness stuffed in a bell pepper and baked to perfection! Easy and delicious for the win!
- Side Dish:
- Green Chile Cheddar Mashed Potatoes
- Chips and Salsa – this homemade salsa is quick and SO DELICIOUS, but feel free to use jarred if you are in a pinch
FRIDAY
- Main Dish: Loaded Baked Nachos– Use the leftovers from Wednesday to make Friday EASY!
- Side Dish:
- Guacamole
- Sour Cream and Salsa from yesterday!
