Family Meal Plan
MONDAY
- Main Dish: Crock Pot Buffalo Chicken– This easy crock pot recipe can be served on rice or your favorite grain as a bowl, topping a salad, on buns as a sandwich, as wraps in lettuce or flat bread, or on baked potatoes. Whatever works for you this week! Save the leftovers for Wednesday!
- Side Dish:
- Easy Broccoli Salad – can be made in advance if you need a little extra time
- Garlic Smashed Potatoes
TUESDAY
- Main Dish: Chicken Verde Tacos – This 3 ingredient chicken has tons of flavor and is perfect for taco Tuesday. You can serve it in lettuce wraps to keep it light and healthy, or as traditional tacos for a delicious family meal.
- Side Dish:
- Mexican Corn Salad – SO GOOD!!!
- Dressed up Canned Black beans – this recipe makes boring beans taste amazing
WEDNESDAY
- Main Dish: Buffalo Chicken French Bread Pizzas – Use up Monday’s leftovers with this family favorite! You can have it from the fridge to the table in about 20 minutes using leftovers!
- Side Dish:
- Carrot and celery sticks
- Side Salad with Creamy Gorgonzola
THURSDAY
- Main Dish: Cheesy Lasagna Skillet– This easy lasagna skips the noodles and gives you all the meaty cheese flavor made fast, in just one skillet! You can serve it up in bowls, or on top of pasta for the full lasagna flavor!
- Side Dish:
- Garlic Bread
- Side Salad with Red Wine Vinaigrette – the dressing really makes the salad
FRIDAY
- Main Dish: Hawaiian BBQ Meatballs– This recipe is not only EASY but always gets RAVE reviews! you can serve it over rice or mashed potatoes.
