Family Meal Plan
Week 393
*If you make a recipe this week and love it, please consider leaving a rating and comment on the recipe post. It helps to support my blog and makes my day!*
Monday
- Main Dish: Meatball Pasta Bake – Make extra meatballs tonight because Wednesday’s dinner is already halfway done! This pasta bake is saucy, cheesy and a dinner my family gets excited about. Work smarter, moms!
- Side Dish:
- Burrata Arugula Salad – Peppery arugula, creamy burrata and fresh flavors all in one salad. It’s a fresh little balance to that cheesy pasta bake, and the burrata makes it feel extra special.
- Brown Butter Broccoli – If you think broccoli is boring, we need to talk. Brown butter takes this side to a whole new level, and even the veggie skeptics might be reaching for seconds!
Tuesday
- Main Dish: Sheet Pan Crunch Wrap Supreme – YOU GUYS. We made crunch wraps on a sheet pan! All that taco-inspired goodness with a crispy outside and cheesy middle, without having to assemble them one at a time. This is such a fun dinner for the whole family.
- Side Dish:
- Chipotle Corn Salsa – Fresh and zesty, made to spoon over the wraps or scoop with chips. Honestly, I would put this on just about anything taco night related!
- Broccoli Slaw – Crunchy and cool against hot, cheesy crunch wraps. It’s an easy way to add something fresh to taco night without making another complicated side.
Wednesday
- Main Dish: Meatballs Subs – Remember those extra meatballs from Monday? HERE THEY ARE AGAIN! Pile them into rolls with sauce and melty cheese, and you’ve got a totally different dinner without starting from scratch. I love when future me does the work!
- Side Dish:
- Baked Potato Wedges – Crispy, golden potato wedges are always a hit at my house. Serve these alongside the meatball subs and watch them disappear!
- Oven Roasted Vegetables – An easy way to get some veggies on the table without adding another pan to the dinner chaos. Roast up your favorites and let the oven do the work.
Thursday
- Main Dish: Million Dollar Chicken Casserole – The name says it all! Creamy, cheesy chicken with a delicious topping that makes every bite so good. This is a family-friendly casserole you’ll want to keep in your regular dinner rotation.
- Side Dish:
- Ranch Smashed Potatoes – These potatoes are a fun upgrade from the usual side, and I have a feeling you’ll be sneaking a few straight off the pan.
- Southern Squash Casserole – If you grew up eating squash casserole, you already know how good this is. It’s tender, savory and topped with that delicious golden crunch.
Friday
- Main Dish: Classic Sausage and Peppers – Such a simple dinner, but they bring BIG flavor. Serve them up with your favorite sides for an easy Friday meal that doesn’t need much fuss.
- Side Dish:
- Mashed Potatoes – Add them to the plate with sausage and peppers, and you’ve got a dinner everyone can dig into.
- Corn Casserole – This is the side dish people keep scooping onto their plates, and I wouldn’t blame them for going back for more!
- Dessert – Apple Cranberry Crisp – Apples, tart cranberries and a buttery crumble topping? This is such a delicious way to finish the week. Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream while it’s still warm and OH MY GOODNESS.
Appetizer
- Crockpot BBQ Smokies – Football season calls for a crockpot full of BBQ smokies! Toss them in, let them get saucy and set out some toothpicks. They’re easy to serve, perfect for game day and always a crowd favorite.
