Family Meal Plan
Week 383
*If you make a recipe this week and love it, please consider leaving a rating and comment on the recipe post. It helps to support my blog and makes my day!*
Monday
- Main Dish: Sheet Pan Baked Pineapple Chicken – I love a dinner that gives me big flavor without leaving me with a sink full of dishes!
- Side Dish:
- Asian Style Cucumber Salad – Cool, crunchy, and so easy to throw together. It’s the perfect fresh side with the pineapple chicken.
- Go classic with stick of butter rice, or one of the many other kinds of grains like brown rice or quinoa.
Tuesday
- Main Dish: Million Dollar Baked Spaghetti – If your family loves spaghetti, just wait until you make this version. It’s cheesy, creamy, and absolutely gets the “can we have this again?” reaction at my house!
- Side Dish:
- Green Salad with Creamy Italian dressing – I love having a big salad on the table with pasta night. The homemade dressing is what really makes this one worth making.
- Garlic Bread – You can’t go wrong with classic garlic bread, and this one is superior!
Wednesday
- Main Dish: Mediterranean Chicken Bowls – A dinner where everyone can pile their favorite things into a bowl is always a big win.
- Side Dish:
- Greek Layer Dip – Grab some pita chips and prepare yourself because this disappears fast. It’s loaded with all those Greek-inspired flavors I love.
- Mediterranean Chickpea Salad – This is a great one to make ahead so dinner comes together even faster. Takes just a few minutes!
Thursday
- Main Dish: Sheet Pan Steak Dinner – At this point, making dinner on a sheet pan is basically a personal challenge for me. 😂 This one only takes about 10 to 15 minutes to prep and then the oven does the rest. YES PLEASE.
- Side Dish:
- No Yeast Dinner Rolls – No yeast, no waiting around, no complicated steps. Just warm homemade rolls to go with dinner.
- Caesar Salad – Steak and Caesar salad is such a classic combo. Add some extra crispy croutons and I’m very happy.
Friday
- Main Dish: Ground Chicken Sloppy Joes – Say hello to your new weeknight MVP. These are ready in about 20 minutes, they’re family friendly, and my kids love anything they can eat on a bun.
- Side Dish:
- Baked Potato Wedges – Crispy potatoes are always a good idea. Always.
- Chef Salad – Crunchy romaine lettuce, cubes of provolone cheese, eggs, avocado, tomato, croutons, and a dressing of your choice. I’m partial to my buttermilk dressing because it makes everything better 😉
- Dessert – Lemon Meltaway Cookies – These little cookies are ridiculously good. They seriously melt in your mouth!
Appetizer
- Mini Pigs in a Blanket – If your kids like helping in the kitchen, let them assemble these. Just be prepared to lose a few before they ever make it to the table.
