Family Meal Plan
– Week 382
*If you make a recipe this week and love it, please consider leaving a rating and comment on the recipe post. It helps to support my blog and makes my day!*
Monday
- Main Dish: Crockpot Sausage and Peppers – Toss everything in before the day gets busy, then come home to a house that smells amazing and dinner that’s already done.
- Side Dish:
- BEST Garlic Bread – Fair warning…you may want to make two loaves because this disappears fast at my house.
- Italian House Salad – Fresh, simple, and the perfect way to round out an Italian dinner.
Tuesday
- Main Dish: Neiman Marcus Casserole – I think it’s time for the 90s casserole comeback! This one has been around forever for good reason. It’s easy, filling, and my family always asks when I’m making it again.
- Side Dish:
- Sautéed Green Beans – Quick, buttery, and a side I know everyone will actually eat.
- Maple Glazed Carrots – The sweet maple glaze makes these extra hard to resist. Even my veggie skeptics ask for seconds.
Wednesday
- Main Dish: Greek Chicken Bites – These are packed with so much fresh flavor and they’re ready in no time. Definitely make a double batch so that Friday’s dinner is extra quick!
- Side Dish:
- Lemon Rice – Bright, fresh, and absolutely perfect with the Greek chicken.
- Cucumber Tomato Salad – I make this on repeat all summer long. It’s so easy and goes with just about everything.
Thursday
- Main Dish: French Onion Pot Roast – Four ingredients and the crockpot does all the heavy lifting. The onion flavor is incredible and your family is going to think you worked way harder than you actually did!
- Side Dish:
- Brown Butter Broccoli – Brown butter makes everything better. My kids actually get excited when this broccoli shows up on their plates.
- Extra Creamy Mashed Potatoes – If there’s pot roast, there has to be mashed potatoes. I like piling everything together so every bite gets a little of that delicious gravy.
Friday
- Main Dish: Greek Chicken Wraps – I love a leftover makeover, and this one might be even better than the original dinner. Load up your flatbread with all your favorite toppings and let everyone build their own.
- Side Dish:
- Tzatziki Sauce – Don’t skip this! It ties everything together and adds so much fresh flavor.
- Fruit Salad – An easy side that keeps dinner feeling fresh and colorful.
- Dessert – Peach Cobbler – I’m hanging onto peach season as long as I possibly can. Serve this warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and try not to go back for seconds 😉
Appetizer
- Homemade Salsa – I warned you…people are going to ask for this recipe. I’ve become a total salsa snob, and this is the one I keep coming back to because it’s easy and so much better than store-bought.
