Family Meal Plan
Meal Plan – Week 380
*If you make a recipe this week and love it, please consider leaving a rating and comment on the recipe post. It helps to support my blog and makes my day!*
Monday
- Main Dish: Garlic Parmesan Chicken Pasta – My family gets excited every time this lands on the menu. It’s creamy, cheesy, and every single bite is packed with garlic parmesan goodness.
- Side Dish:
- Classic Garlic Bread – We have a very important rule around here and it’s you can’t have pasta without garlic bread!
- Italian House Salad – A simple salad that makes dinner feel like your favorite Italian restaurant.
Tuesday
- Main Dish: Crockpot Mexican Street Corn Chicken – The street corn flavors make this one extra delicious, and my family always cleans their plates!
- Side Dish:
- Chips with Salsa or Guacamole – Set these out while everyone gathers before dinner even starts.
- Sautéed onions and peppers – We love piling these right on top of our street corn chicken. They add so much flavor with hardly any extra work.
Wednesday
- Main Dish: Pesto Chicken Salad – This is one of my favorite ways to use leftover chicken. It’s fresh, full of flavor, and makes lunch-worthy leftovers if you’re lucky enough to have any.
- Side Dish:
- Rolls or Croissants – My kids always vote for croissants because they make the best sandwiches.
- Chicken Bacon Ranch Pinwheels – If you’ve never served these alongside chicken salad, you’re in for a treat. They disappear fast.
- Sauteed Green Beans – Simple, buttery, and always a safe bet at my dinner table.
Thursday
- Main Dish: Ground Beef Quesadillas – I don’t know who decided quesadillas were just for kids because I could happily eat these every single week!
- Side Dish:
- Mexican Street Corn Casserole – Reader favorite for a reason. I have to remind myself to save some for everyone else.
- Easy Mexican Rice – Skip the restaurant because this rice is every bit as good.
Friday
- Main Dish: BLT Turkey Sliders – I am fully in my “don’t make me turn on the oven” season. These sliders come together fast, the kids love them, and they’re perfect for busy summer nights. If you need more no cooking required ideas here’s a list for you!
- Side Dish:
- Cowboy Baked Beans – Every time I make these, someone asks if there are seconds!
- Fruit Salad – An easy, fresh side that balances out all the savory flavors.
- Dessert – Brownie Crinkle Cookies – Imagine if a fudgy brownie and a soft cookie had a baby. That’s exactly what these taste like.
Appetizer
- Crockpot Onion Dip – This recipe takes hardly any effort! I always make extra because the bowl gets scraped clean.
