Family Meal Plan
Week 376
*If you make a recipe this week and love it, please consider leaving a rating and comment on the recipe post. It helps to support my blog and makes my day!*
Monday
- Main Dish: Crockpot Million Dollar Chicken – I don’t know who originally came up with this name, but they weren’t wrong. It’s creamy, cheesy, and ridiculously good piled onto Hawaiian rolls. I planned on leftovers and then my family had other plans.
- Side Dish:
- Ranch Smashed Potatoes – If regular potatoes are good, ranch smashed potatoes are better. That’s just math.
- Oven Roasted Vegetables – An easy way to get some veggies on the plate while the crockpot does all the work.
Tuesday
- Main Dish: Carne Asada Seasoning – We are using my homemade carne asada seasoning here and WOW. Every time I make these Carne Asada Bowls, everyone loads their plate so high they can barely carry it to the table!
- Side Dish:
- Cilantro Lime Rice – My kids call this the “Chipotle rice”!
- Southwest Corn – Sweet, smoky, and the perfect side for piling into bowls.
Wednesday
- Main Dish: Creamy Garlic Parmesan Chicken – This sauce should probably have its own fan club. It’s creamy, packed with flavor, and absolutely worth making extra because Friday’s dinner is about to save your life.
- Side Dish:
- Lemon Rice – Bright, fresh, and perfect for soaking up every drop of that garlic parmesan sauce.
- Pesto Roasted Vegetables – I always tell myself I’m making these for balance, but honestly I mostly make them because they’re so good!
Thursday
- Main Dish: Cottage Cheese Egg Bites – Breakfast for dinner is always a win at my house. These are packed with protein and surprisingly delicious. If you’ve been side-eyeing cottage cheese, start here. Trust me.
- Side Dish:
- Crispy Bacon – Oven bacon is one of those things I wish I had started doing years ago. Perfect every time and no standing over a skillet.
- Cheesy Hashbrown Casserole – My childhood self is very happy every time this shows up on the menu. It’s impossible not to go back for another scoop.
Friday
- Main Dish: Garlic Parmesan Chicken Pasta – Current-you is so grateful you saved leftovers. Toss everything together and dinner is basically done before the weekend even starts.
- Side Dish:
- Italian House Salad – A nice little break from all the cheese, pasta, and carbs. We like balance around here. Sometimes. 😆
- Garlic Cheese Bread – Because if we’re making pasta, we’re making garlic bread. That’s a household rule.
- Dessert – Red Velvet Cookies – Every time I make these, someone asks for the recipe. They’re soft, fluffy, and nobody believes how few ingredients they take.
Appetizer
- Buffalo Chicken Roll Ups – These disappear alarmingly fast. I’ve made them for parties, lunches, after-school snacks, and honestly sometimes just because I wanted them 😅
