Family Meal Plan
Week 375
*If you make a recipe this week and love it, please consider leaving a rating and comment on the recipe post. It helps to support my blog and makes my day!*
Monday
- Main Dish: Sheet Pan Mediterranean Chicken – This dinner checks so many boxes for me – hello sheet pan! Everything cooks together and the flavors are incredible! My husband always gets excited when this one is on the menu.
- Side Dish:
- Herb Roasted Potatoes – Crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and impossible to stop picking these straight off the pan.
- Lemon Rice – Perfect for soaking up all those Mediterranean flavors. I could honestly make a meal out of this rice alone.
Tuesday
- Main Dish: Beef and Broccoli – Using ground beef makes this weeknight-friendly and surprisingly kid-approved. Mine actually eat the broccoli when it’s covered in that savory sauce, which feels like a parenting win.
- Side Dish:
- Asian Cucumber Salad – Cool, crunchy, and a great contrast to the warm stir fry.
- Sriracha Coleslaw – If you like a little heat, do not skip this. I keep sneaking bites while I’m making dinner.
- Steamed Rice – You’ll want something to catch every drop of that sauce. Around here, there are never leftovers.
Wednesday
- Main Dish: Crockpot Salsa Chicken – This three ingredient recipe is one of my favorites that I keep in my back pocket for busy weeks!
- Side Dish:
- Sautéed Peppers and Onions – We pile these right on top of the chicken and call it a good decision.
- Cilantro Lime Rice – We call this the “Chipotle rice” and that is all the convincing they need.
Thursday
- Main Dish: Ravioli Lasagna – Regular lasagna is too much work, so this is your answer. It’s cheesy, saucy, and every single person at my table cleans their plate when I make it.
- Side Dish:
- Garlic Bread – You already know this is happening. Nobody is letting that sauce go to waste.
- Perfect Roasted Vegetables – An easy way to round out the meal and add a little color to the plate.
Friday
- Main Dish: Oven Baked Chicken Tenders – I made these twice in one week and nobody complained. In fact, I got requests for a third round! They are crispy, juicy, and way too easy not to make again.
- Side Dish:
- Veggies and Ranch – This homemade ranch is worth the five minutes. My kids will eat vegetables they normally ignore if this ranch is involved.
- Honey Mustard Sauce – I could write a love letter to this sauce. It takes the chicken tenders completely over the top.
- Dessert – Caramel Snickerdoodles – As if snickerdoodles weren’t already good enough. The caramel takes them to a whole new level and they disappear ridiculously fast at my house. Make a double batch if you want leftovers!
Appetizer
- Marinated Goat Cheese – This feels like something you’d order at a restaurant, but it’s surprisingly easy to pull together. Set it out with crackers and watch everyone hover around the plate until it’s gone.
