Family Meal Plan
– Week 373
*If you make a recipe this week and love it, please consider leaving a rating and comment on the recipe post. It helps to support my blog and makes my day!*
Monday
- Main Dish: Sheet Pan Caprese Chicken and Tortellini – If you love meals that make you look like you tried way harder than you did, this one’s for you. The melty mozzarella, juicy tomatoes, and cheesy tortellini combination is hard to beat, and the sheet pan cleanup is a nice bonus!
- Side Dish:
- Pesto Cheese Bread – Fair warning: people tend to fill up on this before dinner even starts. The pesto takes regular cheese bread to a whole new level.
- Italian House Salad – Fresh, simple, and the perfect excuse to add a few greens to a dinner that’s already winning.
Tuesday
- Main Dish: Easiest Tuscan Pork Chops – The sauce is the real star here. I highly recommend making extra because everyone will be scraping their plates trying to get the last bit.
- Side Dish:
- Tomato Basil Mozzarella Salad – Fresh ingredients pair perfectly with the rich flavors of the pork chops.
- Pasta with (cheater) Alfredo Sauce – I love serving alfredo as a side dish at home. It feels a little special but couldn’t be easier to make.
Wednesday
- Main Dish: Rotisserie Chicken Salad – When the week starts getting busy, I always appreciate a dinner that comes together in minutes. My family loves this piled onto croissants, but honestly you can’t go wrong however you serve it.
- Side Dish:
- Potato Wedges – Crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and always a crowd-pleaser.
- Broccoli Slaw – Adds the perfect crunch and comes together with hardly any effort.
- Croissants, Crackers, Butter Lettuce, or Sliced Bread – Put out a few options and let everyone build their plate. My kids always make a beeline for the croissants.
Thursday
- Main Dish: Flank Steak Marinade – The marinade does all the work for you. Every time I make this, my husband starts asking when we’re having it again before dinner is even over!
- Side Dish:
- Sautéed Mushrooms with Garlic Butter – I could easily make a meal out of these. They’re rich, flavorful, and disappear fast around here.
- Garlic Smashed Potatoes – I have yet to meet someone who doesn’t love these potatoes. The crispy edges are everyone’s favorite part.
Friday
- Main Dish: Easy Philly Cheesesteaks – Using ground beef keeps things simple while still delivering all the flavors everyone loves. These disappear fast whenever they’re on the menu!
- Side Dish:
- Sautéed Green Beans – Quick, easy, and the way I make green beans most often because everyone actually eats them.
- Parmesan Roasted Cauliflower – Golden, cheesy, and surprisingly addictive. I’ve seen people who swear they don’t like cauliflower go back for seconds!
- Dessert – Chocolate Marshmallow Cookies – I usually lean toward classic cookies, but these have earned a permanent spot in my dessert rotation. The gooey marshmallow center gets me every time.
Appetizer
- Chicken Bacon Ranch Pinwheels – Every single time I serve these, someone asks for the recipe. They’re easy to make, easy to eat, and always one of the first things gone.
