Family Meal Plan
– Week 372
*If you make a recipe this week and love it, please consider leaving a rating and comment on the recipe post. It helps to support my blog and makes my day!*
Monday
- Main Dish: Chicken Zucchini Casserole – This is one of those “clean out the fridge but make it feel intentional” dinners. My kids actually eat the zucchini in this one which still feels like a small miracle.
- Side Dish:
- Garlic Mashed Potatoes – Creamy, fluffy, and always the first thing gone. I usually make a little extra because someone always goes back for more.
- Green Beans – You get options here which is the best part! I rotate the flavors depending on what I’m in the mood for and it keeps things from feeling repetitive.
Tuesday
- Main Dish: Green Goddess Salad w Crispy Chicken – Pair this salad with my crispy parmesan chicken for the perfect light dinner! If your kids aren’t salad eaters, just serve them the chicken!
- Side Dish:
- Garlic Bread – Because salad plus garlic bread is just the right move every time.
- Creamy Boursin Baked Orzo – Feels a little extra without any extra effort. Creamy, cheesy, and my family always goes back for seconds!
Wednesday
- Main Dish: Cream Cheese Chicken Bake – I usually catch people going back for “just a little more” before I even sit down 😅
- Side Dish:
- Italian House Salad – Quick, simple, and a nice fresh bite next to the richer main dish.
- Parmesan Broccoli – This broccoli is elite status in my house. The crispy edges are what everyone fights over.
Thursday
- Main Dish: Crockpot Chicken Ramen – This dinner basically makes itself and I am always thankful for that!
- Side Dish:
- Cucumber Tomato Salad – Fresh, crisp, and takes just a few minutes to throw together.
- Sriracha Slaw – This has a little kick that my older kids love and I can adjust it depending on who is eating.
Friday
- Main Dish: Sausage Pesto Penne – This is a 30 minute dinner that feels like it should have taken way longer!
- Side Dish:
- Caprese – Fresh, simple, and a classic.
- Salad with Lemon Vinaigrette – Four ingredients and done. I love keeping something like this in rotation for busy nights.
- Dessert — Strawberry Crumble Bars – Add a scoop of vanilla bean ice cream and you’ve created the most dreamy dessert.
Appetizer
- Chicken Fajita Dip – Tastes like chicken fajitas turned into a dip and my family hovers around it until it’s gone.
