Family Meal Plan
– Week 369
*If you make a recipe this week and love it, please consider leaving a rating and comment on the recipe post. It helps to support my blog and makes my day!*
Monday
- Main Dish: Sheet Pan Orange Chicken – This is one of those “why does this feel like takeout but I made it in my kitchen” dinners. It comes together fast, everything bakes on one pan, and my family always goes back for seconds.
- Side Dish:
- Easy Veggie Fried Rice – A simple side that pulls everything together and is a great way to use up whatever veggies you have in the fridge.
- Asian Cucumber Salad – Crisp, fresh, and the perfect cool bite next to the warm orange chicken.
Tuesday
- Main Dish: Carne Asada Bowls – These are loaded, flavorful, and a huge hit at my house. I like to set everything out and let everyone build their own bowl. It makes dinner feel a little more fun and it’s a lot easier on me 😉
- Side Dish:
- Southwest Corn – This is a quick side that brings so much flavor with very little effort.
- Easy Guacamole – Fresh, simple, and always gone way faster than I expect.
Wednesday
- Main Dish: Queso Chicken Bake – Cheesy, saucy, and it gets requested again before the dishes are even done. It’s easy to throw together and a crowd favorite!
- Side Dish:
- Refried beans or Black beans – This rounds everything out without extra work.
- Garlic Roasted Veggies – Make a little extra of these because they reheat great and make Thursday’s dinner even easier.
Thursday
- Main dish: Panko Cheddar Chicken – Crispy, cheesy chicken…I’m going to make extra so Friday’s dinner basically takes care of itself.
- Side Dish:
- Italian House Salad – A classic that never gets old.
- Garlic Roasted Veggies – Using leftovers from Wednesday if you planned ahead, which future-you will definitely appreciate tonight!
Friday
- Main Dish: Cheesy Chicken Wraps – This is your leftover win night. Just slice up the chicken, add it to a tortilla, and pile on the toppings. Don’t forget the buttermilk ranch dressing.
- Side Dish:
- Baked Wedge Fries – Crispy, seasoned, and perfect for dipping.
- Creamy Southern Coleslaw – A little crunch – sometimes I even stuff into my wrap!
- Dessert – Churro Cheesecake Bars – These are so easy you will not believe it after that first step. Creamy, a little tangy, and that cinnamon sugar crunch on top makes them impossible to stop eating.
Appetizer
- Tiny Tacos – Four ingredients, quick to make, and gone even quicker. These are a total hit every time I serve them and I always get asked for the recipe.
