THURSDAY
- Main Dish: Cheesy Lasagna Skillet – This is awesome because you can serve it so many different ways. WIth pasta, or without for low carb. With potatoes, over spinach or in a bowl with a side salad.
- Side Dish:
- Pasta
- Sautéed Spinach – goes great with the lasagna flavors!
FRIDAY
- Main Dish: Loaded Chicken Nachos– Make these with your leftover chicken from Tuesday. This is one of our FAVORITE go-to easy meals! If you follow me on Instagram, you will see me making these frequently on my stories. We love them because they are packed with tons of wholesome veggies and whole foods. Yes there are chips and cheese, but there is no way I could get all of these great power foods into my kiddos in one meal otherwise!
- Side Dish:
BONUS- Peanut Butter Bars! These are a dessert recipe you can make quickly and everyone just loves them! Since they bake in one pan you don’t have the long drawn out process of getting cookies in and out of the oven every ten minutes, you just throw them in and cut them up when they are ready!
