Family Meal Plan
– Week 278
*If you make a recipe this week and love it, please consider leaving a rating and comment on the recipe post. It helps to support my blog and makes my day!*
Monday
- Main Dish: Cheesy BBQ Meatloaf Muffins – My kids can not resist anything in mini form and these meatball muffins are no exception because they’re cheesy and so delicious!
- Side Dish:
- Boursin Mashed Potatoes – Make these if you want dinner to feel extra special. These potatoes are extra fluffy and irresistible!
- Brown Butter Broccoli – A pan of brown butter broccoli is an easy, satisfying side I always love to recommend.
Tuesday
- Main Dish: Crockpot Marry Me Chicken – When it comes to weeknight dinners, it doesn’t get any easier than this family friendly meal!
- Side Dish:
- Burrata Arugula Salad – This salad is hearty and a great way to stretch your meal. Tastes like summer, but you’ll find yourself making it all year long!
- Lemon Rice – Or you can use cauliflower rice to keep your dinner low-carb and lighter.
Wednesday
- Main Dish: Stuffed Pepper Casserole – After a summer full of go-go-go, this is a great way to get back on track for the school year. It’s cheesy, but also packed with protein and some veggies. You only need 5 minutes to throw this together!
- Side Dish:
- Side salad with Creamy Italian Dressing – 5 minutes for a dressing that makes any salad taste better!
- Pesto Roasted Veggies – We’re all needing some extra veggies these days, so why not make them better with great seasonings!
Thursday
- Main Dish: Easy Alfredo – If you’ve never made alfredo from scratch, you will never buy it from the store again after trying this. It’s super creamy, rich and easier than easy!
- Side Dish:
- Perfect Baked Chicken Breast – Drizzle your chicken breast with alfredo if you’re being mindful of eating lighter!
- Pasta – If you’re looking for something a little heartier, choose your favorite pasta for your alfredo sauce and also add your protein.
- Roasted Asparagus – These are right next to my buttered broccoli as a favorite in my house. They’re perfectly seasoned and just a little bit crispy which is my favorite!
Friday
- Main Dish: Crockpot Tuscan Pot Roast – Only 6 ingredients for this dump and go recipe and you’ll have leftovers for the weekend!
- Side Dish:
- Broccoli Slaw – Broccoli slaw is what got me to start eating broccoli! So if you have someone that doesn’t like their veggies, try this.
- Sautéed spinach – When I’m looking for a low carb side I like to make this wholesome, garlicky simple side.
- Dessert – Peach Cobbler – It’s hard to believe this dessert is made in a crockpot! I love peach cobbler so much and I try to make it as often as possible, especially in the summertime.
Appetizer
- Pimento Cheese Dip – You can simply use this as a dip with crackers, but even better is when you have enough to spread onto a sandwich!
