Meal Plan – Week 259
*If you make a recipe this week and love it, please consider leaving a rating and comment on the recipe post. It helps to support my blog and makes my day!*
Monday
- Main Dish: Easy Chicken Cordon Bleu – This chicken bake tastes just as flavorful as a traditional cordon bleu, but a million times easier!
- Side Dish:
- Roasted Vegetable Medley – This is one of my most popular side dish recipes! You’ll see why when you make it – it is quick and delicious.
- Tortellini Salad – This is a great side that you can prep ahead to make tonight even easier.
Tuesday
- Main Dish: Crockpot Spaghetti Meat Sauce – All you have to do is dump the ingredients into a slow cooker and let it work its magic. I suggest making a big batch and freezing some for an easy dinner another night. *and save extras if you plan on making Thursday’s recipe*.
- Side Dish:
- Side salad with Italian Dressing – This dressing is simple and is restaurant quality.
- Garlic Cheese Bread – Nothing more delicious than some cheesy bread!
Wednesday
- Main Dish: Italian Stuffed Peppers – Using the leftover spaghetti sauce from Tuesday makes this a 5 star fast recipe. You can also follow the instructions to make these if you do not have leftovers from Tuesday.
- Side Dish:
- Mashed Potatoes – Easy side that can soak up the yummy sauce from your stuffed peppers.
- Kid Approved Parmesan Broccoli – The only way to make broccoli, according to my kids!
Thursday
- Main Dish: Teriyaki Chicken Bites – In 15 minutes you will have the perfect combo of sweet and tangy in bite size portions.
- Side Dish:
- Sautéed Spinach – This is a quick and easy tender veggie that complements the sticky and saucy chicken.
- Asian Cucumber Salad – This recipe is one of my all time FAVORITES!
- Rice or Grains – Serving teriyaki chicken on top of white sticky rice is a must for me, but you can also use brown rice, quinoa, or anything your family likes to soak up the sweet sauce.
Friday
- Main Dish: Pull-Apart Pizza Bread – This is so much fun to make and to eat on a Friday night.
- Side Dish:
- Veggies and Ranch – Take the extra 5 minutes and make this homemade ranch!
- Antipasto Salad -This quick salad is packed with meats to make a hearty salad that is perfect for munching!
- Dessert – Salted Caramel Rice Krispie Treats – If anyone ever says there is nothing better than a rice krispie treat, tell them they’re wrong! Because these are irresistible.
Appetizer
- Mango Salsa – I could eat this stuff by the spoonful, it is so delicious! Serve it with tortilla chips or cinnamon chips.
