Family Meal Plan
Monday
- Main Dish: Creamy Chicken Piccata – I used to always order this at restaurants until I realized how easy it was to make at home.
- Side Dish:
- Garlic Mashed Potatoes – Easy side that can soak up the yummy sauce from your piccata dish.
- Garlic Parmesan Broccoli – Have you tried this recipe yet? My kids think this is the only way I should ever make broccoli!
Tuesday
- Main Dish: Baked Crispy Beef Tacos – Making batch tacos this way is the EASIEST way!
- Side Dish:
- Mexican Rice – This rice tastes just like a Mexican restaurant!
- Black Beans – Use my trick to transform your canned beans into something amazing.
Wednesday
- Main Dish: Tuscan Chicken Thigh Skillet – Using chicken thighs ensures that your chicken won’t be dry! *save your leftovers*
- Side Dish:
- Oven Roasted Green Beans – My garlic version paired with the tuscan chicken is what I prefer, but there are a few options you can choose from in my list.
- Italian Tortellini Salad – The perfect way to add a little pasta. This is also a great way to stretch your meal if you have extra guests.
Thursday
- Main Dish: Tuscan Chicken Pasta – Using your leftovers from Tuscan Chicken Thigh Skillet, you now have the start of a new meal. Mix this quick alfredo sauce and stir it into Wednesday’s leftovers, and add your families favorite pasta.
- Side Dish:
- The BEST Garlic Bread – I have a secret ingredient that you’ll find helps toasts this classic garlic bread to perfection!
- Side salad – I like mixed greens with a sprinkle of mozzarella, tomatoes, and this homemade ranch dressing.
Friday
- Main Dish: Baked Chicken Tenders – Chicken tenders you can feel good about feeding your family! These can be customized for a fun Friday meal – top a salad with this delicious chicken for yourself and give the kids crispy tenders with yummy dips to go along side.
- Side Dish:
- Ranch Smashed Potatoes – Tastes crispy like a french fry, but made in the oven.
- Dipping sauce – I love this honey mustard sauce or quick homemade ranch dressing.
- Dessert – Peanut Butter Cookies – These chewy cookies are foolproof!
Appetizer
- Mexican Street Corn Dip – It’s time to introduce you to my go-to super fast party appetizer. What are you waiting for!?
