Family Meal Plan
Monday
- Main Dish: French Onion Meatballs – I had the funniest review of this – they said these were so good it made them swear! Ha! That’s when you know you have a keeper. 😆
- Side Dish:
- Roasted Vegetable Medley – You can’t go wrong with this healthy side dish.
- Garlic Bread – This is our favorite recipe and hundreds of you agree!
Tuesday
- Main Dish: Crustless Chicken Pot Pie – The easiest way to make chicken pot pie!
- Side Dish:
- Side salad with homemade ranch dressing – This is an easy go to. Make extra dressing so you can keep it in your fridge for veggies this week.
- Homemade Bisquick Biscuits – Since the pot pie is crustless, biscuits will be great. Making homemade biscuits is so much easier than you think! And you can keep this mix on hand for more easy recipes, like pancakes.
Wednesday
- Main Dish: Shake n Bake Chicken – This delicious coated chicken comes together in just 20 minutes and you can even prep it ahead of time!
- Side Dish:
- Baked Potato Wedges – These are worth making and are super easy. If you like ranch with your wedges, hopefully you have extra from yesterday.
- Brussels Sprouts – These are crispy and irresistible, but the best part is that I have 5 different flavor options depending on what you like!
Thursday
- Main Dish: Ground Turkey Stir Fry – Even my pickiest eater enjoys this. Double the recipe or save the extras for *leftovers* tomorrow. You won’t regret it!
- Side Dish:
- Asian Cucumber Salad – This is delicious and you can even make the dressing ahead of time!
- Butter Lettuce so you can make a wrap
- Sauteed Spinach – This is ready in minutes and you can mix teriyaki sauce with it or just mix it with your turkey.
- Rice, brown rice, cauliflower rice, or quinoa
- Noodles – Ramen or Udon noodles
Friday
- Main Dish: Turkey Teriyaki Bowls – This is a great way to use up yesterday’s *leftovers*. I love an easy Friday meal! All you really have to do is add some fresh veggies like shredded carrots, edamame, sliced cucumbers etc.
- Side Dish:
- Sautéed Green Beans – Sautéed green beans are a great crispy side addition – add some of the teriyaki glaze to them – Yum!
- Spicy Mayo or Yum Yum Sauce – We are big sauce people and these go great with the bowls.
- Dessert – Pecan Pie Bars – These ooey gooey squares are made with a few pantry items and you only need 10 minutes to prep.
Appetizer
- Chicken Bacon Ranch Sliders – Serve these as an appetizer and they won’t last long!
