Family Meal Plan
Monday
- Main Dish: Crockpot BBQ Chicken Sliders – Start the week off right with a no-stress meal. The ranch slaw in these is 5 star incredible!
- Side Dish:
- Corn on the Cob – My 3 minute corn on the cob is juicy, sweet, and smothered in garlic butter.
- Baked Potato Wedges – Potato wedges and BBQ sliders are actually a match made in heaven!
Tuesday
- Main Dish: Philly Cheesesteak Casserole – Inspired by the classic flavors of a Philly cheesesteak sandwich, but it is quick, easy and delicious.
- Side Dish:
- Sautéed Green Beans – This is my favorite way to make green beans!
- Classic Tomato Cucumber Salad – This is a great salad if you want something lighter, but still super flavorful.
- Potato Chips
Wednesday
- Main Dish: Dutch Oven Roast Chicken – This actually feels like a fancy meal, but it’s easy enough that you can make it in the middle of the week. *the leftovers will be perfect for tomorrow’s meal!*
- Side Dish:
- Parmesan Roasted Cauliflower – With just a little prep, this is the ultimate veggie especially as a side dish!
- Easy Baked Macaroni and Cheese – You can never go wrong with Grandma’s recipe.
Thursday
- Main Dish: Southwest Chicken Chili – This dump-and-go-recipe is even easier using yesterday’s leftovers. This is a crowd favorite.
- Side Dish:
- Avocado Corn Salsa with chips – Chop, squeeze, mix, and chill…it’s that easy!
- Side salad with Ranch dressing – Perfect way to round out your meal.
Friday
- Main Dish: Main Dish: Meatball Pasta Bake – I love how family friendly this is! With only 7 ingredients, it’s also Friday friendly!
- Side Dish:
- Side Salad – I like a simple salad using this delicious Creamy Italian Dressing.
- Garlic Bread – This is our favorite recipe!
- Dessert – Ice Cream Cinnamon Rolls – I’m bringing back these amped up refrigerated cinnamon rolls because it’s been a long time. Whether they’re for your kids or just for you, you’ll be happy to made these!
Appetizer
- Caramelized Onion Dip – Blend 2C of these crockpot onions with 16 oz sour cream for the BEST dip you have ever had! I like to use potato chips to dip and it’s AWESOME as a football appetizer!
