Each week, we share a FREE meal plan to help you figure out what’s for dinner! These family meal plans are thoughtfully crafted to give you options for a main dish, and two side dishes for each week day with a special emphasis on meals both kids and adults will enjoy.

Family Meal Plan

Monday

  • Main Dish: Monterey Chicken (Chili’s Copycat!) – With only 6 ingredients and one pan, you can have this prepped and in the oven in minutes!
  • Side Dish:
    • Cucumber Tomato Salad – perfect to make ahead!
    • Baked Asparagus – SO EASY!

Tuesday

  • Main Dish: Sheet Pan Meatloaf – Meatloaf is one of those cozy meals that just screams comfort. You can throw it together in 30 minutes and feed a crowd if you need to!
  • Side Dish:
    • Side salad with Ranch dressing – Have you ever made 5 minute ranch? it’s easier than you think and you will always want to have it on hand.
    • Grandma’s Baked Mac – If you want THE most comforting meal, add this as a side.

Wednesday

  • Main Dish: Baked Italian Chicken – Make a little *extra* so you can use it for Friday’s delicious meal.
  • Side Dish:
    • Italian Quinoa Salad –Filled with protein and lots of flavor. It’s GREAT the next day for lunch, too!
    • Roasted Veggies –This is one of the easiest recipes on my site. So quick and delicious!

Thursday

  • Main Dish: Crock Pot Mississippi Pot Roast – 5 simple ingredients to have the most tender, juicy, flavorful, pot roast, and it couldn’t be more quick and easy to make. 
  • Side Dish:
    • Creamy Mashed Potatoes – Serve your pot roast right on top of these creamy potatoes.
    • Lemon Rice – This rice would be a delicious complement to your pot roast. You can also serve over wild, white or brown rice or with a side of risotto.

Friday

  • Main Dish: Lemon Basil Chicken Pasta – Using leftover Italian chicken from Wednesday, you will have dinner on the table in no time!
  • Side Dish:
    • Garlic Bread– Our go-to recipe
    • Garlic Parmesan Broccoli – Family favorite!
  • Dessert – Lemon Meltaway Cookies – I can not get enough of these cookies!

Appetizer

  • Crockpot Honey BBQ Wings – I’ve made a lot of wings in my lifetime. These are a winner and a crowd pleaser!
