Family Meal Plan
Monday
- Main Dish: Turkey Burger Sliders – In just 20 minutes these come together quickly by using simple pantry items. Everyone from the kids to adults will enjoy them.
- Side Dish:
- Instant Pot Corn on the Cob – This 3 minute recipe is the BEST way to cook juicy corn on the cob for dinner!
- Steakhouse Style House Salad – If you want to keep it light, this would be great.
- Chips – Sometimes a quick and easy dinner calls for a quick and easy side!
Tuesday
- Main Dish: Creamy Beef and Shells – This is very budget friendly, cozy, and fills everyone up. You can throw it together in 30 minutes and feed a crowd!
- Side Dish:
- Oven Roasted Veggies – Want to look like a pro on a busy weeknight? Just throw these into the oven before you start making your pasta and they’ll both be done at the same time.
- Buttery Garlic Bread – Can’t have pasta without the garlic bread. 😉
Wednesday
- Main Dish: Caprese Chicken – This is probably going to be on regular rotation after you try this! With just 4 simple ingredients and one dish you can have this meal on the table in 40 minutes.
- Side Dish:
- Boursin Mashed Potatoes –The Boursin cheese elevates the heck out of these classic potatoes!
- Kale Salad –The parmesan and easy lemon vinaigrette makes this salad irresistible and one that we frequently make.
Thursday
- Main Dish: Crock Pot Pork Carnitas – Using a simple blend of pantry spices you can transform a pork shoulder into juicy and tender carnitas and everyone will be asking for seconds!
- Side Dish:
- Mexican Street Corn Casserole – You only need 5 minutes to prep.
- Cilantro Lime Rice – This classic side dish is always a crowd favorite.
- Tortillas or taco shells
Friday
- Main Dish: Chicken Pizzaiola – This has the familiar flavors of pizza that everyone loves, but it’s loaded with protein and you only need one pan.
- Side Dish:
- Sauteed Spinach – This might be the fasted side dish you’ll ever make.
- Pesto Cheese Bread – This pesto cheese bread is perfect to soak up all that rich tomato sauce from your pizzaiola.
- Dessert — Peanut Butter Swirl Bars – These are chewy and oh so delicious!
Appetizer
