Family Meal Plan
Monday
- Main Dish: Slow Cooker Roast Beef – This is so hands-off it’s shocking how delicious and tender it is!
- Side Dish:
- Pesto Roasted Veggies – We love this side! The pesto gives the veggies incredible flavor, but it’s also such a healthy side dish and you should try it if you haven’t already.
- Garlic Bread – Butter, garlic, and cheese – these are a few of my favorite things!
Tuesday
- Main Dish: Chicken Tetrazzini – The white cream sauce that the noodles and chicken are drenched in is irresistible!
- Side Dish:
- Arugula Pear Salad – You can throw this beautiful salad together in no time.
- Brown Butter Broccoli – These are nutty and delicious…get ready to watch your family enjoying their vegetables!
Wednesday
- Main Dish: Southwest Chicken Soup –Do you have 30 minutes and one pot? You’ll love this! You can enjoy this for dinner, and then you’ll have leftovers for lunch the next day.
- Side Dish:
- Cornbread – If two things were ever made for each other it’s this soup and cornbread. So good!
- Salad with Jalapeno Ranch –I love to make this easy salad in advance. You can even double the ingredients so that you can have extra the next day.
Thursday
- Main Dish: Easy Sizzle Steak– This cut of beef is the quickest, easiest, and most delicious dinner! Ready, set, go – in 15 minutes you’ll be done with your main course!
- Side Dish:
- Peppers and Onions – Peppers and onions are truly the best veggies to complement your steak. Save your leftover steak and this side for tomorrow’s dinner. You won’t regret it!
- Garlic Smashed Potatoes – I love the crunchy little pieces of skin when the potatoes are cooked this way!
Friday
- Main Dish: Cheesesteak Style Subs – Using the leftover steak, peppers and onions from yesterday, make cheesesteak style subs. All you need are hoagie buns and provolone cheese.
- Side Dish:
- Easy Baked Macaroni – If you’re looking for a heartier side, macaroni and cheese is a classic favorite that pairs well with steak subs.
- Green Salad – You can’t go wrong with this classic side.
- Dessert — Holiday Ritz Cracker Cookies – Give me a reason to make a holiday cookie and I’ll do it. Let the kiddos join you when you make these!
Appetizer
- Honey BBQ Meatballs – I love how crazy simple this recipe is, and how you can leave it on in the crockpot to graze on all day long.
