Family Meal Plan
Monday
- Main Dish: Turkey Tetrazzini — If you still have left over turkey, just simply swap out the chicken in this with your leftover turkey meat. You won’t believe how easy and delicious this comfort meal is!
- Side Dish:
- Green Salad – Drizzle balsamic vinaigrette over a mixture of lettuce, red onions, tomatoes, and cucumbers.
- Dinner Rolls – No need to be intimidated by these rolls. They are buttery, soft, pillowy and tender and with no yeast needed, they can be made in less than 30 minutes!
Tuesday
- Main Dish: Dutch Oven Roast Chicken — With the turkey gone, go ahead and make this easy, delicious family favorite! *Save your leftovers to make Friday’s dinner extra simple.
- Side Dish:
- Parmesan Roasted Cauliflower — You only need a few minutes to prep and make a super tasty side dish.
- Kale Salad — The fresh flavor of lemon is exactly what we need after eating our weight in food last week. 😉
Wednesday
- Main Dish: Turkey Teriyaki Bowls – These bowls are a restaurant-quality meal that’s ready to eat in just 25 minutes.
- Side Dish:
- Sautéed Green Beans — You can make a batch of these perfectly crispy and flavored green beans in no time.
- Asian Cucumber Salad with Ginger Soy Dressing — This crispy cucumber salad really hits the spot.
Thursday
- Main Dish: Loaded Beef Enchilada Soup — Enchilada Soup is perfect for a busy weeknight or a cozy night at home.
- Side Dish:
- Buttermilk cornbread — With just a few pantry staples you can have a deliciously, moist cornbread everyone will love.
- Side salad with creamy jalapeño ranch dressing is great if you are hoping to keep your meal light.
Friday
- Main Dish: Cranberry Pecan Chicken Salad — Using your *leftover chicken from Tuesday, mix in some mayo, diced celery, onions, and grapes for tasty sandwiches.
- Side Dish:
- Sliced veggies — Cucumber, zucchini, or squash slices topped with chicken salad for a light or low carb option. You can drizzle a little of this buttermilk ranch, too!
- Make it a wrap– Add some lettuce or spinach to a large flatbread or tortilla to make a wrap.
- Dessert — Peanut Butter Swirl Bars – A chewy delicious dessert bar that rarely lasts longer than a day.
Appetizer
- Hot Cheesy Bean Dip — A yummy dip like this just feels right. You can serve as an appetizer or even use it for quesadillas over the weekend!
