Family Meal Plan
Monday
- Main Dish: Easy Philly Cheesesteak — The ground beef makes these affordable, but even more kid friendly and perfect for those busy weeknights.
- Side Dish:
- Baked Potato Wedges — This is a great way to serve an easy homemade version of French fries.
- Brown Butter Broccoli — This super simple recipe has a tried and true ingredient that makes the broccoli extra delicious and irrisistable.
Tuesday
- Main Dish: Meatball Pasta Bake — This super family friendly meal only has 7 ingredients for a hearty baked pasta casserole.
- Side Dish:
- Side Salad — I like a simple salad using this delicious, copycat Olive Garden Creamy Italian Dressing.
- Garlic Bread — This is our favorite recipe!
Wednesday
- Main Dish: Million Dollar Chicken Casserole — If the name doesn’t sell you, does cheese and bacon? 😉
- Side Dish:
- Garlic Roasted Veggies — Quick and easy, and can cook alongside the casserole.
- Sauteed Spinach — This is very simple and definitely a go to when I need a quick, simple side.
Thursday
- Main Dish: Roasted Garlic Cauliflower Soup — This is light, healthy, and SO EASY to make. The kids always like this because they can pick their toppings so it seems fun to them. For toppings you can try cheese, sour cream, bacon or onions.
- Side Dish:
- Cheesy Pesto Bread — The pesto flavor complements the soup and the bread is a must to scoop up every last drop!
- Oven Roasted Green Beans — You can choose from a list of 5 different seasoning options depending on your preference.
Friday
- Main Dish: Crockpot Chicken Nachos — As if we needed a good reason to eat nachos – now you can have them more often because of this dump and go recipe!
- Side Dish:
- Easy Mexican Rice — For a full Tex-Mix dinner try this rice.
- Sautéed Peppers and Onions — Serve these alongside your nachos or use them as an additional topping.
- Dessert — Bakery Style Chocolate Chip Cookies — It’s been too long since we’ve made these!
Appetizer
- Crispy Toasted Tortellini — These garlicky, crispy little bites are so simple and perfect for snacking, an appetizer or even a fun lunch.
