Each week, we share a FREE meal plan to help you figure out what’s for dinner! These family meal plans are thoughtfully crafted to give you options for a main dish, and two side dishes for each week day with a special emphasis on meals both kids and adults will enjoy.

Family Meal Plan

Monday

  • Main Dish: Spinach Ravioli Bake — Hope you’re ready for a FAST dinner because this will be on your table in 30 minutes!
  • Side Dish:
    • Cheesy Bread — I can’t have pasta without bread, so here is our favorite!
    • Italian House Salad — The restaurant style Italian dressing that is paired with this is *chef’s kiss*.

Tuesday

  • Main Dish: Beef Hashbrown Casserole — The beef in this recipe turns a classic side into a heartier meal and it’s so yummy!
  • Side Dish:
    • Brown Butter Broccoli — Broccoli is a go-to veggie in our home and the kids are always happy when I make it like this.
    • Sautéed Mushrooms with Garlic Butter — The garlic butter makes these mushrooms irresistible!

Wednesday

  • Main Dish: Creamy Chicken Noodle Soup — This might be the best soup I have ever made. I know that sounds wild, but trust me!
  • Side Dish:
    • Homemade Buttermilk Cornbread — I shared this on Instagram a couple days ago and you all went bananas for it!
    • Kale Salad — This simple 4 ingredient salad is a healthy side that’s great with warm soup.

Thursday

  • Main Dish: Pork Fajitas — This recipe will have a mouthwatering dinner on the table in under 15 minutes with a spread of your favorite toppings and traditional favorites.
  • Side Dish:
    • Cilantro Lime Rice — This rice is a big hit. You can serve it as a side or serve the pork mixture over the rice and make fajita bowls.
    • Jalapeno Ranch Dressing — Hands down one of the best creamy toppings for tacos and fajitas.

Friday

  • Main Dish: Blackened Fish — This can be made in just 15 minutes and is a great Friday night meal!
  • Side Dish:
    • Italian Quinoa Salad — This is really simple but the flavor is big! It’s even better the next day so make it tonight and have leftovers this weekend.
    • Parmesan Roasted Cauliflower — This goes with just about anything, but especially the blackened fish.
  • Dessert — Caramel Snickerdoodles —Isn’t there something really comforting about a snickerdoodle cookie? The caramel makes these even yummier!

Appetizer

  • Saucy Buffalo Chicken Tenders — I love buffalo sauce and because the flavor is so good you won’t even miss the breading on these tenders. If you want to beef up this appetizer with even more, check out the new list we have for sides that would pair well!
