Each week, we share a FREE meal plan to help you figure out what’s for dinner! These family meal plans are thoughtfully crafted to give you options for a main dish, and two side dishes for each week day with a special emphasis on meals both kids and adults will enjoy.

Family Meal Plan

MONDAY

  • Main Dish: Bruschetta Chicken – This meal comes together quickly so it is the perfect quick and wholesome dish for a busy weeknight!
  • Side Dish:
    • Toasted Garlic Bread – This is perfectly toasted and has just the right amount of garlic, herbs, and butter to make it completely irresistible!  
    • Sautéed Spinach — For a low carb option serve the chicken over spinach or other greens.
    • Italian House Salad — For leftovers, you can add cold bruschetta chicken right on top of a green salad.

TUESDAY

  • Main Dish: Crockpot Steak Bites — This dump-and-go slow cooker recipe requires only minutes of prep work and is delicious. *Save your leftovers for Thursday*
  • Side Dish:
    • Baked Potatoes— You use your Instant Pot to create these fluffy, delicious potatoes in no time.
    • Steakhouse Salad — This one is quick and gives that steakhouse feel! It’s the perfect salad to top with your Crockpot Steak Bites.

WEDNESDAY

  • Main Dish: Biscuit Egg Breakfast Casserole — I am so excited to share this with you. We love this breakfast casserole so much!
  • Side Dish:
    • Hashbrown Casserole – This goes great with the egg casserole and it’ll really fill up all those bellies.
    • Tasty Roasted Veggies – These roasted veggies are so good and a great way to sneak in some extra wholesomeness with your breakfast casserole.

THURSDAY

  • Main Dish: Steak Bite Meal Bowls – Using your leftover Crockpot Steak Bites from Tuesday, reheat in a large skillet with a bit of vegetable oil or in the microwave. Add steak pieces to a bowl of mashed potatoes or rice.
  • Side Dish:
    • Brown Butter Broccoli— Have you ever made broccoli that’s marinated in butter? This might become a new favorite recipe if you haven’t!
    • Cilantro Lime Rice — Use this easy rice recipe to serve your steak bites on top of.
    • Jalapeno Ranch Dressing — I almost always have this dressing on hand. It would be delicious drizzled on top of your steak bites bowl!

FRIDAY

  • Main dish: Pesto Chicken Pasta Bake – In just 35 minutes you can have a flavorful baked pasta filled with basil pesto, tender chicken, sundried tomatoes, peas, and gooey mozzarella cheese ready to serve.
  • Side Dish:
    • Tomato Mozzarella Salad – This is a great make-ahead salad you can enjoy alongside your pasta.
    • Pesto Cheese Bread – Pasta and bread are always a happy match!
  • Dessert – Thick & Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies – This is a reader favorite and it’s about to become yours, too!

APPETIZER

  • Copycat Chipotle Corn Salsa – Perfect for dipping your chips!
