Family Meal Plan
MONDAY
- Main Dish: Shredded Chicken Sliders – You can’t go wrong with any of my slider recipes. These sliders are made in as little as 20 minutes. You will love these soft and sweet Hawaiian rolls layered with juicy shreds of chicken, melty provolone, and a honey mustard glaze.
- Side Dish:
- Broccoli Slaw – This broccoli slaw is packed full of fresh flavors and crunchy textures. So good!
- Instant Pot Corn on the Cob – Delicious corn on the cob in 3 minutes? Yes, please.
TUESDAY
- Main Dish: Cheesy Broccoli Chicken and Rice — We love comfort meals and this is such a classic.
- Side Dish:
- Crisp House Salad – A simple salad with mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, and a tangy vinaigrette brings a refreshing balance to the rich casserole.
- Perfect Oven Roasted Vegetables – There is no better way to eat your veggies!
WEDNESDAY
- Main Dish: Greek Chicken Bites and Cauliflower – This recipe is super simple, only needs one pan and is FULL of flavor. *This is so tasty that you may not have leftovers, so you might as well double the recipe and have leftovers for an easy dinner on Friday.*
- Side Dish:
- Cucumber Tomato Salad – This light salad perfectly compliments the dish with flavor and crunch!
- Roasted Potatoes – If you want to bulk up your meal a little, these are delicious.
THURSDAY
- Main Dish: Cheeseburger Pasta – One skillet, so much flavor and a lot of full and happy bellies is what this delivers!
- Side Dish:
- Tomato Basil Mozzarella Salad — I could eat this entire salad by myself. It is LOADED with fresh flavors.
- My Favorite Garlic Bread — You can’t have a cheesy pasta without some delicious bread to wipe the plate clean.
FRIDAY
- Main dish: Chicken and Cauliflower Pitas – Heat leftovers from Wednesday, then heat pita bread in a skillet or in the oven until warm. Spread a layer of tzatziki over the pita bread and pile the chicken on top. Add your choice of tomato, cucumber, olives, pepperoncini peppers, mixed greens, and feta cheese.
- Side Dish:
- Lemon Rice – This is the perfect side. Make sure to scoop a little tzatziki onto your fork before you scoop up rice!
- Sauteed Spinach — When I need an easy, healthy and delicious side dish this is my go to.
- Dessert – Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies —This might become your new favorite cookie recipe!
APPETIZER
- Million Dollar Dip – You don’t have to share this with a big group, but if you want to, it’s a good one!
