Family Meal Plan
MONDAY
- Main Dish: Marry Me Chicken – This easy recipe is loaded with so much flavor that no one would ever guess how simple it is!
- Side Dish:
- Make-Ahead Crockpot Mashed Potatoes – All you need is a few minutes of prep for these light, creamy, and buttery potatoes.
- Garlic Parmesan Roasted Broccoli – Keep your meal light and tasty with this roasted broccoli recipe. Fresh, crisp-tender broccoli tossed with garlic and parmesan.
TUESDAY
- Main Dish: Million Dollar Baked Pork Chops – A 30 minute recipe for the juiciest, most flavorful pork chops topped with bacon, green onions, and cheddar. *save leftovers for Thursday*
- Side Dish:
- Side salad with the Best Homemade Ranch or Creamy Italian dressing. *If you make the ranch, save some for Fridays veggies!*
- Buttermilk Cornbread — This is a classic cornbread recipe so you only need a few ingredients. The secret to tender cornbread is in my cooking method. 😉 Check it out and let me know what you think!
WEDNESDAY
- Main Dish: Chicken Fritta with Garlic Cream Sauce– If you love creamy pasta, you are going to LOVE this! This Olive Garden copy cat recipe is a family favorite and the kids get so excited when there are leftovers.
- Side Dish:
- Foolproof Garlic Bread – the secret to making it taste so good is in the spread!
- Parmesan Roasted Cauliflower – This is the perfect side to go with your creamy pasta.
THURSDAY
- Main Dish: Creamy Pork Quesadillas – Cut up the leftover pork chops and the toppings from Tuesdays leftovers. Scoop into a large tortilla and add extra cheese if desired. Fold in half and grill in a buttered skillet over medium high heat on each side until golden. You can’t beat this delicious meal by using leftovers!
- Side Dish:
- Mexican Rice – Made in just one skillet, you’ll feel like you’re eating rice from your favorite Mexican restaurant.
- Black Beans made from scratch, or use our shortcut recipe using canned black beans
- Jalapeno Ranch Dressing – Drizzle your quesadilla’s with this mouthwatering dressing.
FRIDAY
- Main dish: Saucy Buffalo Chicken Tenders – These are packed with so much flavor and are incredibly easy to make. These are also great for reheating, so if you have extras from tonight, save them for lunch or even a snack over the weekend!
- Side Dish:
- Carrots, celery and ranch dip – Did you make this on Tuesday? If not, take the 5 minutes to make this. It is so worth it!
- Baked Potato Wedges – Easy, crispy and the perfect side for your chicken tenders.
- Dessert – Peanut Butter Swirl Bars – Peanut butter and chocolate are two of my favorite things. These bars do NOT disappoint. Make sure you let me know how much you enjoyed them after you make them!
APPETIZER
- Hot Cheesy Bean Dip – Who doesn’t love a good dip? This 4 ingredient appetizer is one of the quickest recipes I make!
