Family Meal Plan
MONDAY
- Main Dish: Chicken Pizzaiola – This has the familiar flavors of pizza that everyone loves, but you’ll feel better giving it to your family because it’s loaded with protein and you only need one pan!
- Side Dish:
- Pesto Cheese Bread – I am pretty sure you will want some delicious bread to soak up the tomato sauce.
- Side Salad with Balsamic Vinaigrette — Adding some nice crispy greens as a side is never a bad idea, especially when you use this dressing.
TUESDAY
- Main Dish: Philly Cheesesteak Sliders — These are a convenient twist on the classic Philly cheesesteak. They are filled with ooey-gooey cheese and ground beef making them easier to make and more fun because they’re bite-sized!
- Side Dish:
- Baked Potato Wedges — French fry vibes, but even better!
- Garlic Parmesan Roasted Broccoli — These are a delicious way to give a little extra wholesome boost to the dinner.
WEDNESDAY
- Main Dish: Chicken Burrito Skillet — A quick and easy dinner that is full of delicious loaded burrito flavor! This is one of those meals that will please everyone because it’s so easy to customize. Have it as a burrito bowl, or wrap it all up into a tortilla with any toppings your heart desires.
- Side Dish:
- Mexican Street Corn Casserole — This casserole is rich and creamy and filled with the flavors of Mexican street corn. Since it all bakes in one dish, you’ll also have very little clean up.
- Mexican Roasted Veggies — Serve these as a side or even add them to your bowl or burrito to bulk it up even more.
THURSDAY
- Main Dish: Pork Tenderloin and Garlic Sauce — This easy pork recipe makes the perfect dinner when you need something QUICK and DELICIOUS. Everyone will think you’re a chef after tasting this!
- Side Dish:
- Ranch Smashed Potatoes — Just 3 ingredients that will transform your red potatoes into a crispy, delicious side dish.
- Buttermilk Cornbread — Moist cornbread goes so well with the garlic sauce that coats the pork tenderloin.
- Baked Asparagus — Simple, delicious and a classic side.
FRIDAY
- Main dish: Italian Sausage Tortellini Skillet — This is a family favorite because it’s so delicious. It’s my favorite though because it’s a skillet meal AND is full of sneaky veggies that people hardly notice they’re eating. 😉
- Side Dish:
- Garlic Cheese Bread — Garlic cheese bread is packed with flavor and adds an extra layer of deliciousness to your Italian Tortellini.
- Side Salad with Italian Dressing — When you make this, make extra so you can have it on hand for lunch tomorrow!
- Dessert – Cornflake Cookies — I grew up with these cookies! With a crunchy outside and a soft and chewy inside they are what the perfect cookie is made of. The cornflakes give them the best flavor and texture.
APPETIZER
- Million Dollar Deviled Eggs — You HAVE to make these this weekend. Everyone loves a good deviled egg, but the secret ingredient in these will leave everyone asking for your recipe!
