Each week, we share a FREE meal plan to help you figure out what’s for dinner! These family meal plans are thoughtfully crafted to give you options for a main dish, and two side dishes for each week day with a special emphasis on meals both kids and adults will enjoy.

Family Meal Plan

MONDAY

  • Main Dish: – Crock Pot Rotisserie Chicken– This absolute gem of a recipe has been on regular rotation at our house! This gives you the rotisserie chicken flavor and texture, but is made so insanely quick and easy by using the slow cooker.
  • Side Dish:
    • Tomato Basil Mozzarella salad– So fresh and so easy!
    • Southern Squash Casserole– the classic southern way!!

TUESDAY

  • Main Dish: Mexican Shredded Beef– This is such a great recipe and makes the BEST burrito bowls!
  • Side Dish:
    • Cilantro Lime Rice– Just like Chipotle!
    • Black Beans– My favorite trick for making canned beans taste amazing.
    • Toppings–
      • homemade blender salsa
      • Sour cream
      • shredded lettuce
      • Corn salsa
      • cheese
      • guacamole

WEDNESDAY

  • Main Dish: Rotisserie Chicken Salad– This can be made with the leftovers from Monday, or store bought. Plus not only is it delicous- but you can also make it ahead for a really busy night. Serve on buns, toast, or lettuce wraps.
  • Side Dish:
    • Broccoli Cheddar Quiche– This recipe is absolutely perfect to make for breakfast and have as part of a light lunch later that day or the next day.
    • Side Salad with Balsamic vinaigrette– Take 5 minutes to make this dressing… you won’t regret it!!.
    • Rotini Pasta salad– I love pairing a few salads together for an extra yummy summer dinner!

THURSDAY

  • Main Dish: Southwest Pork Chops – So much flavor and quick to make, this dinner recipe is always a hit with the whole family!
  • Sides:
    • Mexican Corn Salad– A very favorite summer dish and PERFECT with these pork chops!
    • Roasted Vegetables– My go to side dish.
    • Buttermilk Cornbread– So good!!

FRIDAY

  • Main dish: Blackened Chicken Sandwiches– If you want a big sandwich with light and delicious flavors, I am telling you… this is it! I like to make a big batch of the blackened chicken to have at other time though out the week/weekend.
  • Side:
    • Roasted Potato Wedges– These are my favorite way to do “french fries” at home.
    • Broccoli Slaw– Quick- easy- packed with flavor… just how the best recipes are!
  • Dessert – Bakery Style Chocolate Chip Cookies–  These will forever and always be my favorite chocolate chip cookies!

APPETIZER

  • Hawaiian Meatballs– If you need to feed a crowd, or show up with a dish in hand, this is it!
