Family Meal Plan
Monday
- Main Dish: Ground Beef Cobbler — This is similar to a viral TikTok recipe, but I made it extra family friendly!
- Side Dish:
- Parmesan Roasted Cauliflower — This side is super simple and goes with practically everything.
- Oven Roasted Vegetables — Not only are these delicious, but they’re probably one of the easiest side dishes I make!
Tuesday
- Main Dish: Tex Mex Enchiladas — Tex Mex Tuesday – see what I did there 😉 We love the flavors of these classic enchiladas!
- Side Dish:
- Black Bean and Corn Salsa — Serve this dip as a side or as an appetizer if you have people that are extra anxious for dinner.
- Easy Mexican Rice — Your family will think you ordered takeout when they taste this rice.
Wednesday
- Main Dish: Baked Ziti with Ground Turkey — Looking for a 20 minute meal that is kid friendly and adults also love? Not only does Baked Ziti check all those boxes, but it is so filling and makes a large amount. You might get lucky and have leftovers! Try using my ground turkey seasoning when you prepare your ground turkey. I like to make a big batch of this because it lasts a while and then you can just have it on hand.
- Side Dish:
- Cheesy Garlic Bread — Want the perfect garlic bread? Look no further – this.is.it.
- Tomato Basil Mozzarella — I love how refreshing, light and delicious this salad is. It’s great as a side especially with a heartier meal like ziti.
Thursday
- Main Dish: Roasted Garlic Cauliflower Soup — This soup is great for families because you can top it with anything you like!
- Toppings
- Homemade Bacon Bits — Bacon is always a good idea.
- Cheese — My favorite topping
- Onions
- Chives
- Sour Cream
- Side Dish:
- Mediterranean Chickpea Salad — Soup and salad are the perfect combination.
- Oven Roasted Green Beans — Looking for a lighter side dish option? I have 5 different flavor options to choose from.
Friday
- Main dish: Saucy Buffalo Chicken Tenders —Making a meal that can extend into the weekend is major goals. These are so yummy, and can also be reheated this weekend if you need a little something to snack on!
- Side Dish:
- Ranch Smashed Potatoes — With just 3 ingredients, you will have perfect smashed potatoes with the most delicious crispy edges.
- Carrots, celery and ranch dip — If there is one thing I know, it is RANCH! Take a few extra minutes to whip this up. You will not regret it!
- Dessert — Caramel Snickerdoodle Cookie —It’s caramel season! These cookies are over the top in the best way.
Appetizer
- Green Chile Cheddar Dip — This dip is warm and ooey gooey. Perfect for dipping chips and veggies in for a hearty snack.
