Family Meal Plan
Meal Plan – Week 262

Monday
- Main Dish: Baked Meatballs Parmesan – Starting Monday off with these is a great way to start the week because adults AND kids love these!
- Side Dish:
- Garlic Roasted Vegetables – This is always one of my go to sides.
- Parmesan Mashed Potatoes – These are a classic side dish that complements parmesan meatballs perfectly.
Tuesday
- Main Dish: Sheet Pan Fajitas – These are the best because you get all the great flavors of chicken fajitas, in a quick and easy sheet pan dinner. I like to make extras and pile it on salad for lunch the rest of the week.
- Side Dish:
- Cilantro Lime Rice – This rice is a big hit and can be served as a side or can be made into fajita bowls.
- Jalapeno Ranch Dressing – Hands down one of the best creamy toppings for fajitas.
Wednesday
- Main Dish: Ground Turkey Spaghetti – You’ll love how easy and delicious this spaghetti with ground turkey is.
- Side Dish:
- Italian House Salad – This salad is restaurant quality, but as always, we keep it easy.
- Garlic Bread – You’ll need this to wipe your plate clean!
Thursday
- Main Dish: Steak Fried Rice – My family LOVES this! This recipe is quick and easy, but so good.
- Side Dish:
- Sauces – Yum Yum Sauce is a must especially with the kids. My husband and I prefer the kick of the Japanese Spicy Mayo.
- Sriracha Slaw – You will love the unique flavor this slaw has.
Friday
- Main Dish: Mozzarella Chicken Skillet – One skillet = easy cleanup. 😉
- Side Dish:
- Roasted Asparagus – My favorite way to have asparagus – roasting veggies just helps bring out the delicious flavors.
- Oven Roasted Green Beans – My garlic version paired with this mozzarella chicken is fantastic, but I also have a few other variations you can try.
- Dessert: Strawberry Crumble Bars – This recipe is so simple, but the simplicity and ease that it comes together is what makes it amazing.
Appetizer
- Cheddar Bay Sausage Balls – Make these as an appetizer or even as a breakfast item. I love how versatile they are.
