Each week, we share a FREE meal plan to help you figure out what’s for dinner! These family meal plans are thoughtfully crafted to give you options for a main dish, and two side dishes for each week day with a special emphasis on meals both kids and adults will enjoy.

Family Meal Plan

Monday

  • Main Dish: Ranch Chicken Bites – These are lovingly known as adult chicken nuggets among me and my friends. They’re bite-sized and delicious! *make extra for Wednesday*
  • Side Dish:
    • Baked Potato Wedges – These feel like french fries but are super easy to make at home in the oven.
    • Side salad – Easily one of my favorite go-to’s. I like mixed greens with a sprinkle of mozzarella, tomatoes, and this homemade ranch dressing, but use whatever veggies that sounds good.

Tuesday

  • Main Dish: Taco Stuffed Zucchini Boats – Keep dinner light with these. They are quick to make and the clean up is fast.
  • Side Dish:
    • Sautéed Fajita Veggies – If you want to keep the meal low carb these veggies would be a great side dish.
    • Mexican Rice – Add a scoop of rice to every taco zucchini bite for a *chef’s kiss*.
    • Hot Buttered Tortillas – Yummy!

Wednesday

  • Main Dish: Ranch Chicken Pitas – Using the *leftovers from Monday, turn them into pita’s! Stuff the chicken bites into a pita with lettuce, tomato, onion and cucumber. Top with ranch dressing. Try my homemade ranch recipe.
  • Side Dish:
    • Parmesan Cauliflower – Only 4 ingredients and 15 minutes!
    • Broccoli Slaw – We love this fresh side salad and even the kids will eat this one!

Thursday

  • Main Dish: Cheeseburger Stuffed Meatloaf – Forget about boring meatloaf. This is on another level! It’s cheesy, easy, tender and so flavorful.
  • Side Dish:
    • Instant Pot Corn on the Cob – This 3 minute recipe is quick to make while your meatloaf is in the oven.
    • Easy Baked Mac – This is a great complement to meatloaf. If you want the ultimate comforting meal, make this!

Friday

  • Main Dish: Buffalo Chicken Salad – This chicken salad can be thrown together quickly with and served between two slices of your favorite bread for an easy sandwich, on a salad, or even stuffed in a tomato or pepper.
  • Side Dish:
    • Crock Pot Loaded Potato Soup – A meatless side that would taste great alongside your salad or sandwich is this creamy soup that is loaded with flavor!
    • Maple Glazed Carrots – Sweet carrots are the perfect match for buffalo ranch chicken salad flavors.
  • Dessert: No Bake Cookies – These are my favorite in the fridge so they’re slightly chilled!

Appetizer

  • Hawaiian Meatballs – If you need to feed a crowd, try these!
