Family Meal Plan
Meal Plan – Week 257

Monday
- Main Dish: Cowboy Chicken – If you want a one dish meal, try this! You will not be disappointed.
- Side Dish:
- Green Beans – 5 min of prep and the results are veggies your family will be googley eyed over 😉
- Mexican Cauliflower Rice – Keep this meal light by serving cauli-rice. It is so flavorful!
Tuesday
- Main Dish: Oven Baked Chicken Tenders – I made these twice in one week because we enjoyed them so much!
- Side Dish:
- Italian House Salad – This is an easy side and if you wanted to top it off with your tenders to bulk it up, it’s delicious.
- Creamy Southern Coleslaw – This recipe is super fast and easy to make – 10 minutes of prep and 10 minutes to chill and you’re done.
Wednesday
- Main Dish: Crispy Ground Beef Tacos – Tacos are the ultimate quick and delicious family meal! *make extra beef or just save your leftovers for Friday’s dinner*
- Side Dish:
- Mexican Corn Salad – This mixture is a blend of both sweet and tangy.
- Crock Pot Black Beans – Never miss an opportunity to use your crockpot!
Thursday
- Main Dish: Blackened Fish Filets – My method keeps your fish juicy and tasty.
- Side Dish:
- Brussels Sprouts – These go so well with blackened fish and you only need 4 basic ingredients.
- Garlic Bread – The best way to make garlic bread!
Friday
- Main Dish: Beef Quesadillas – Using Wednesday’s leftover beef, make these. To make it a fun Friday dinner, maybe add a DIY station of different toppings. My jalapeno ranch is also great to use as a dip!
- Side Dish:
- Mexican Roasted Vegetables – Quick and easy way to add a wholesome side!
- Add-ons
- Salsa
- Black bean and corn salsa
- Sour cream or Greek yogurt
- Guacamole
- Diced avocado
- Queso
- Dessert – Peanut Butter Pretzel Bars – If you are a chocolate lover you are going to want to make them ASAP!
Appetizer
- The Best Baked Potato Wedges – These really are incredible! If you are going somewhere and need an appetizer to share, try these out!
