Family Meal Plan
Monday
- Main Dish: Cheddar Bay Biscuit Chicken Pot Pie – EVERYONE in my house loved this! *TIP* Make and shred a rotisserie chicken ahead of time to make dinner prep go even faster.
- Side Dish:
- Garlic Parmesan Roasted Broccoli – Incredibly easy to make. Perfect during the week.
- Sautéed Green Beans – I love how versatile green beans are and they complement this dish perfectly.
Tuesday
- Main Dish: Crock Pot Chicken Wild Rice Soup – This is a true dump-and-go recipe that is comforting and delicious.
- Side Dish:
- Green Salad with homemade ranch – The soup is hearty enough alone, so keeping your sides light with a salad is a great idea.
- Rolls – I love having rolls or even crackers to dip into my soup. It’s the best way to make sure you get every last drop of soup scooped up!
Wednesday
- Main Dish: Spaghetti and Easy Marinara – Spaghetti is one of those meals that just makes me so happy. It’s super simple, takes hardly no time and it’s just delicious!
- Side Dish:
- Garlic Bread – This is the best ever garlic bread! It’s a must with spaghetti.
- Meatballs – Meatballs are a great addition to make this meal a little heartier.
- Italian House Salad – An Italian restaurant classic and marinara…I can’t think of a better duo!
Thursday
- Main Dish: Cheesy Taco Skillet – One skillet and a handful of ingredients is all you need for a delicious weeknight meal. *save leftovers for tomorrow’s recipe*
- Side Dish:
- Beans – These simple black beans go great with a scoop of your skillet taco.
- Tortillas or Chips – Sometimes we just take a spoonful of the skillet ingredients and put into a tortilla or on top of chips.
- Mexican Street Corn Casserole – If you like Mexican corn, you’re in for a treat with this!
Friday
- Main Dish: Taco Stuffed Baked Potatoes – Using your leftovers from yesterday, make these potatoes and stuff them full of yesterday’s dinner.
- Side Dish:
- Pico de Gallo – Top your potatoes with this to bring your leftovers to life!
- Guacamole, Shredded lettuce, sour cream
- Side salad – Serve with this jalapeno ranch dressing – I love having this on hand because it’s so tasty.
- Dessert – Cookies and Cream Parfaits – These look fancy, but it only takes a few minutes to make!
Appetizer
- Loaded Taco Dip – We can’t get enough of this!
