Family Meal Plan
Monday
- Main Dish: Easy Ground Turkey Enchiladas — Enchiladas made lighter because of the ground turkey. Bonus – make a double batch and freeze them for a quick and delicious dinner later on!
- Side Dish:
- Mexican Corn Salad – Keep it light with this delicious side.
- Crock Pot Refried Beans – If you’re wanting a heartier side, this is it!
Tuesday
- Main Dish: Chicken Bacon Ranch Sliders — These sliders are basically everything delicious in one convenient handheld package. These are always a hit! *Use rotisserie chicken to make this even faster!
- Side Dish:
- Steakhouse Salad — This salad is easy, delicious and always a great choice as a side.
- Ranch Smashed Potatoes — I’d argue that this is the best way to make potatoes. They’re unreal!
Wednesday
- Main Dish: Southern Pot Roast – This is a hands off, no-fuss dinner that can be for any night of the week.
- Side Dish:
- Roasted Mashed Cauliflower — Serve your pot roast right on top of this and you have the most comforting meal!
- Buttermilk Cornbread – Nothing goes better with southern pot roast than classic cornbread!
Thursday
- Main Dish: The BEST Roast Turkey — The turkey is tender and juicy every time, even the white meat!
- Side Dish:
- Green Bean Casserole — Create amazing traditional flavors for your holiday feast with this. It’s a crowd favorite!
- Make ahead Mashed Potatoes — They’re light, creamy, buttery, and so creamy thanks to the addition of sour cream.
Friday
- Main Dish: Turkey Tetrazzini — Swap out the chicken with your leftover turkey meat and you won’t believe how easy and delicious this comfort meal is!
- Side Dish:
- Crockpot Corn Casserole — It doesn’t get much EASIER or MORE DELICIOUS than this.
- Brussels Sprouts – Choose one of my 5 flavor recommendations on crispy roasted sprouts to pair perfectly with a creamy baked pasta.
- Dessert — Apple Pie — This is a show stopper!
Appetizer
- Baked Brie in Pie Crust — It’s perfect for the holidays with crackers, baguette slices, fruit, veggies, you name it.
