Monday
- Main Dish: Ground Turkey Fried Rice — You only need 15 minutes of prep and cooking time to enjoy a homemade dinner that is just as good as takeout.
- Side Dish:
- Sriracha Slaw — This cabbage is creamy with a little kick to spice things up a bit!
- Green beans — Keep it simple and just add extra veggies to the stir fry or serve on the side.
Tuesday
- Main Dish: Black Bean Chicken Bake — If you’ve had my chicken bakes before, you know how good they are! This one does not disappoint.
- Side Dish:
- Chipotle Cilantro Lime Rice — This tastes just like Chipotle rice!
- Chipotle’s Corn Salsa — Another copycat recipe that is always a hit and pairs perfectly with the black bean chicken bake.
Wednesday
- Main Dish: Breakfast Sliders — We haven’t done breakfast for dinner in quite a while! These sausage, egg and cheese sandwiches are held together inside of a Hawaiian roll. Hawaiian rolls really make these!
- Side Dish:
- Million Dollar Bacon — I like to make extra of this crispy, caramelized bacon so that I can munch on it as a snack. Shh don’t judge.
- Fruit Salad — Use whatever fruit you have on hand and top it with this dressing. It’s incredible!
Thursday
- Main Dish: Creamy Garlic Pork Chops — Packed with protein, these are a home run and only need 10 minutes of prep.
- Side Dish:
- Rice- white, brown or wild rice all pair well
- Garlic Smashed Potatoes – Let’s go all in with the garlic. 😉
- Classic Steakhouse Wedge Salad — This pairs perfectly with the pork chops.
Friday
- Main Dish: Easy Cheeseburger Stuffed Meatloaf — This twist on a classic meatloaf is one both adults and kids enjoy!
- Side Dish:
- Instant Pot Corn on the Cob – This 3 minute recipe is super easy to make while your meatloaf is in the oven, and it tastes great!
- Brussels Sprouts — I have 5 different flavor options for these. They’re all fantastic!
- Dessert — Oatmeal Cranberry Cookies —The texture is irresistible in these chewy cookies.
Appetizer
- Cajun Chicken Dip — Serve with any of your favorite dippers such as tortilla chips, veggies, pita bread, baguettes, and more!
