Family Meal Plan
Monday
- Main Dish: Marry Me Chicken and Tortellini – When my Marry Me Chicken went viral on TikTok I KNEW I had to make something else – so this was created and it is out of this world!
- Side Dish:
- Italian Side Salad – This salad paired with this meal will have your family wondering if you ordered takeout from an Italian restaurant!
- BEST Ever Garlic Bread – Is there anything better than a crusty piece of garlic bread dipped into a creamy sauce?
Tuesday
- Main Dish: Buffalo Chicken Chili – This is a winning dump and go recipe and it is perfect for all the chili flavors to marinade together all day! This is a classic chili recipe with a surprise zip from the buffalo sauce. *Save your leftovers for Thursday – you won’t regret it! *
- Side Dish:
- Instant Pot Baked Potatoes – The chili is already very hearty, but if you want to beef it up some more, these potatoes are great!
- Homemade Buttermilk Cornbread – This is the best cornbread recipe! All you need are a few pantry staples and it makes the most tender, moist, perfect cornbread of all!
Wednesday
- Main Dish: Oven Roasted Turkey Tenderloin – This cut of meat is so underrated! Every bite is juicy and delicious.
- Side Dish:
- Roasted Green Beans — This classic side dish is one that everyone enjoys.
- Lemon Rice – An easy side dish that goes with pretty much everything? Yes, please!
Thursday
- Main Dish: Buffalo Chicken Chili Sheet Pan Nachos — Make the most epic batch of nachos ever with your buffalo chili from Tuesday.
- Empty a bag of tortilla chips on a sheet pan (AKA a rimmed baking sheet—you want the edges so the chips don’t slide off!), top with your leftover Creamy Buffalo Chicken Chili, then sprinkle shredded cheese over the top. Bake in a 400ºF oven until the chili is warmed through and the cheese is melted, then add your favorite toppings and dig in.
- Topping Ideas:
- Blue Cheese Crumbles
- Chopped Green Onions
- Sliced Jalapeños
- Sour Cream
- Chopped Cilantro
- Sliced Avocado
- Lime Wedges
- Shredded Lettuce
- Crumbled Bacon
- Side Dish:
- Black Beans — These Black Beans are made in the crock pot with a few special seasonings and are one of the easiest and most delicious way to prepare them.
- Mexican Roasted Vegetables – These take only a few minutes to prepare!
Friday
- Main dish: Crock Pot Pineapple Chicken — This is a quick and easy, no fuss dinner that’s great for Friday night.
- Side Dish:
- Asian Cucumber Salad — This dressing doesn’t require any cooking and can be made in advance making it great for busy nights.
- Spicy Sriracha Asian Coleslaw – I LOVE this coleslaw and the tangy flavors of sriracha, lime, and cilantro!
- Dessert – Fudge Brownies — These are the BEST brownies!
Appetizer
- Greek Layer Dip – My mouth is actually watering thinking about this dip!
