Family Meal Plan
MONDAY
- Main Dish: PERFECT Baked Chicken Tenders– This super quick recipe is one of our favorite comfort foods made lighter and perfect for a busy weeknight!
- Side Dish:
- Rotini Pasta Salad- This is a great dish for Monday because it saves well and leftovers can be eaten throughout the week!
- Steamed broccoli
TUESDAY
- Main Dish: Mexican Chicken– Cook this on the grill, the oven or even the crock pot! You can serve it chopped, in tortillas, over rice or in a lettuce wrap. You decide!
- Side Dish:
- White Queso – Can’t go wrong with a side of chips and queso!
- Cilantro Lime Rice– Comes together quickly and is always a huge hit!
WEDNESDAY
- Main Dish: Beef & Broccoli– Try this easier than take out version!
- Side Dish:
- Rice- make white or brown
THURSDAY
- Main Dish: Fettuccini Alfredo- Make this classic fave as is, or add sliced chicken or steak to take it up a notch
- Side Dish:
- Garlic Bread– This recipe makes THE BEST garlic bread EVER!!
- Side Salad- Top it off with some homemade Balsamic Dressing. Too easy!
FRIDAY
- Main Dish: Green Chile Chicken Taquitos– Use the leftover chicken from earlier in the week or shedded or rotisserie chicken for a fast & delicious Friday meal.
- Side:
- Easy Homemade Salsa– Our favorite and the perfect staple to keep in the fridge.
- Black Beans
- Dessert – Big and Thick M&M Cookies– these are unbelievably soft, flavorful and delicious!
