Family Meal Plan
Monday
- Main Dish: Crock Pot Lasagna – This recipe is the perfect easy way to start the week and leftovers will reheat well for lunches!

Tuesday

Wednesday
- Main Dish: Grilled Ranch Chicken– This tender, juicy chicken marinade makes perfectly grilled chicken! Save the leftovers to reuse on Friday!

- Baked Asparagus– It doesn’t get more simple or delicious than this!
- Corn Casserole – Long time reader favorite recipe!
Thursday
- Main Dish: Bang Bang Shrimp – Just like the restaurant, made easy at home!
- Side Dish:
- Baked Mexican Street Corn Casserole– Mexican Street Corn… EASY style!
- Mediterranean Chickpea Salad– One of my all time favorites!
Friday
- Main Dish: Chicken Bacon Ranch Subs – Use the leftovers from Wednesday to save time for this delicious and quick meal!
- Side Dish:
- Smashed Potatoes – You can cook these two side by side for dinner to be done quick and easy!
- Parmesan Roasted Cauliflower
BONUS- It seems like this is the time of year when we start heading out to neighborhood barbecues and get togethers with friends. These Cookies N Cream Parfaits are the perfect dessert to take! They are so easy to make and you can do a large one or use small disposable clear cups to make smaller ones. You don’t even have to turn on the oven!
