Family Meal Plan
MONDAY
- Main Dish: Spinach & Artichoke Chicken– This one dish meal gets RAVE reviews and as a bonus is gluten free and low carb!
- Side Dish:
- Parmesan Roasted Cauliflower- Easy, delicious, and can bake right next to the chicken!
- Zoodles or Pasta
TUESDAY
- Main Dish: Baked Chicken Tostadas– This taco Tuesday will be a little more flat. In the best way of course! This is one of my kids most requested meals! If you don’t have shredded chicken on hand, grab a rotisserie chicken at the store for a quick meal.
- Side Dish:
- Guacamole – This simple homemade version is my fave!
- Mexican Corn Salad– Comes together quickly and is always a huge hit!
WEDNESDAY
- Main Dish: Crock Pot Buffalo Chicken– Let the crock pot do the work tonight, then make sure there are leftovers to make a super easy meal on Friday!
- Side Dish:
- Rice or Quinoa
- Garlic Green Beans – ONLY 5 Ingredients! These are super easy and packed with flavor!
THURSDAY
- Main Dish: Easy Homemade Spaghetti Sauce– This is a great easy mid week meal from Taste of Lizzy T’s.
- Side Dish:
- Garlic Bread– This recipe makes THE BEST garlic bread EVER!!
- Side Salad- Whip up some of this TO-DIE-FOR creamy Italian Dressing to go with it!
FRIDAY
- Main Dish: Buffalo Chicken Roll Ups– Use the leftover buffalo chicken from Wednesday and make these quick and easy tortilla roll ups. These are quick and easy and even great when you are on the go! Add in bacon, or veggies to bulk it up for a heartier meal.
- Side:
- Fruit Salad
- Chips
- Dessert – Double Chocolate Bundt Cake– If you have time, this cake (doctored from a mix) is irresistible!!
