Family Meal Plan
– Week 364
*If you make a recipe this week and love it, please consider leaving a rating and comment on the recipe post. It helps to support my blog and makes my day!*
Monday
- Main Dish: Brown Butter Spaghetti with Basil and Burrata – Brown butter makes everything taste next-level amazing. Toss it with pasta, fresh basil, and gooey burrata, and now a weeknight dinner feels fancy without the fuss!
- Side Dish:
- Pesto Roasted Veggies – Roasted veggies with a little pesto kick. Easy to prep and full of flavor.
- Side Salad with homemade Red Wine Vinaigrette or Healthy Balsamic Vinaigrette – A fresh, quick salad to balance out dinner and make everyone feel like you tried (without really trying).
Tuesday
- Main Dish: One Pan Chicken Curry – One pan, bold flavors, and a sauce so good you’ll want extra naan for dipping.
- Side Dish:
- Lemon Rice or Plain Basmati Rice – Spoon that curry right over the top and let it soak in. So simple and so good.
- Naan – You can find this traditional Indian bread at most grocery stores. Warm it up and scoop every last bit of sauce…no fork required.
- Sautéed Spinach – Lighten it up by serving your curry over spinach. Not traditional but it works beautifully!
Wednesday
- Main Dish: Cowboy Chicken – One dish, zero stress. Juicy chicken baked with just the right flavors. Your whole family will eat it up before you even blink.
- Side Dish:
- Green Beans – Veggies your kids will actually enjoy. Done in 5 minutes and they still taste fresh.
- Mashed Potatoes – Because everything is better with mashed potatoes.
Thursday
- Main Dish: Crockpot Tuscan Chicken – This recipe is a follower favorite for a reason. Tender chicken, rich sauce, and it basically cooks itself.
- Side Dish:
- Parmesan Broccoli – Cheesy edges and crunchy bits make broccoli feel like a treat that even the kiddos will eat up.
- Easy Caprese Salad – Fresh tomatoes and mozzarella are a quick win for any weeknight dinner side.
Friday
- Main Dish: Cheeseburger Pasta – Cheesy, hearty, and all the flavors of a cheeseburger in pasta form. Be prepared for the kids to ask for this a few days later because they like it so much!
- Side Dish:
- Garlic Bread – The perfect tool for scooping up every last bite of cheesy pasta.
- Sautéed Green Beans – Simple, mild, and kid-approved.
- Dessert – Chocolate Peanut Butter Pretzel Bars – Salty, sweet, and no-bake. These bars disappear faster than you can set them out.
Appetizer
- Honey-Whipped Feta Dip – Perfect for a quick snack while you’re waiting for dinner to finish. Serve with crackers, pita chips, or crunchy veggies.
