– Week 360
*If you make a recipe this week and love it, please consider leaving a rating and comment on the recipe post. It helps to support my blog and makes my day!*
Monday
- Main Dish: Creamy Italian Chicken Pasta – If your family loves creamy pasta dinners, this one is going straight into your regular rotation. It’s simple, filling, and a meal everyone is happy to see on the table.
- Side Dish:
- Roasted Green Beans – Toss them in the oven and let them do their thing. They come out perfectly tender with just the right little bit of crisp.
- Garlic Bread – Honestly, pasta night without garlic bread just feels wrong. This one is easy and always disappears fast.
Tuesday
- Main Dish: Creamy Ranch Pasta Salad – This pasta salad is packed with flavor and makes dinner feel a little different from the usual weeknight routine.
- Side Dish:
- Southwest Grilled Chicken – You only need a few minutes to prep this and the flavor is so good. It’s one of those recipes you’ll end up making again and again and it’s great if you want some added protein with your pasta salad. .
- Garlic Smashed Potatoes – Crispy edges, fluffy centers, and everyone suddenly wants seconds. That’s usually how it goes when these hit the table.
Wednesday
- Main Dish: Slow Cooker Stuffed Peppers – Let the slow cooker handle dinner today. By the time evening rolls around you’ve got a hearty meal ready to go with almost no effort.
- Side Dish:
- The broccoli my kids fight over – I’m not kidding when I say this broccoli disappears. It’s the one version that somehow turns broccoli into the most popular thing on the plate.
- Tomato Basil Mozzarella Salad – Fresh, simple, and full of flavor. It’s a great way to add something light next to a heartier dinner.
Thursday
- Main Dish: Firecracker Chicken Meatballs – These come together fast and the sweet and spicy sauce is so good. Your family will smell them and start hovering around – just warning you!
- Side Dish:
- Cilantro Lime Rice – Bright, fresh flavor that pairs perfectly with the meatballs. It makes the whole dinner feel a little extra special.
- Side Salad with Creamy Italian Dressing – A quick salad with a dressing that makes it feel like something you’d get at a restaurant.
Friday
- Main Dish: Chicken Bacon Ranch Flatbread – Friday night pizza energy but even easier. The bacon and ranch combo always wins and everyone loves building their slices. If you have an extra 5 minutes I’m also begging you to make my homemade ranch. You can also do a drizzle of buffalo sauce to add a little kick!
- Side Dish:
- Garlic Roasted Vegetables – Toss them in the oven and let them roast until they’re golden and delicious. Even the veggie skeptics usually go back for more.
- Broccoli Cauliflower Salad – Crunchy, flavorful, and a nice fresh side to balance out pizza night.
- Dessert – Peanut Butter Swirl Bars – If peanut butter and chocolate are your weakness, you’re going to want to make these! They disappear quickly around here.
Appetizer
- Turkey Club Sliders – Little sandwiches that everyone grabs without thinking twice. They work as an easy appetizer or even a quick dinner with a side.
